This is the 2nd year using buildmyskitrip for our ski holiday and ALL my interactions with everyone on the team there have been very positive, from initial booking right through to catering flexibility and quality. Their customer service is exceptional and I would recommend highly!

Every detail was thoughtfully organised and planned. The staff were really helpful and always able to accommodate. The food was delicious with a great variety of cuisines and the chalet was beautiful with great facilities and location right by the piste. Would definitely go again with build my ski trip!

We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. From start to finish, everything was fantastic. This was our third trip with Build My Ski Trip, and they always go above and beyond to make it special. The transfers were prompt and comfortable, the ski hire process was seamless, and the food and wine were absolutely gorgeous. Thanks so much to all the staff, we will definitely be back again next year!

The holiday was such fun and we stayed in Ananda in Val d’Isère which was such a beautiful Chalet. The catered food was delicious and the staff were amazing.

From chef Bruno to the chalet hosts we felt looked after every day. It always feels like the team are really invested in ensuring the trip goes perfectly. Look forward to next year!

What an amazing experience!
This is our second time coming with buildmyskitrip and everything was fantastic again. The transfer was smooth and easy. The chalet hosts were so friendly and welcoming, they really helped look after us from start to finish! Food was incredible, the duck was to die for! We really had a wonderful time and really can’t wait to come again. Thank you for giving us a wonderful trip!

Just got back from a fantastic stay at chalet Sylvian in Val d'isere and I honestly can't recommend it enough. The chalet itself is absolutely lovely. Super comfortable and exactly what you want after a long day on the slopes.
​What really made the trip special, though, was the staff. They were genuinely brilliant from start to finish and always went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Just an amazing experience would book it again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful chalet, amazing catered dinners every evening and a super organised company that takes care of everything (even bringing ski equipment to the chalet). Already booking for next year. Thanks so much!

We've had an amazing week. Chef Louis and hosts Shelley and Tash were so friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent and the Challet was a perfect size for a group of 6 Adults and 6 Kids. The kids all learnt to ski this week. Can definitely recommend Evolution 2 for lessons. Kids loved it and were all doing blue runs by the end of the week. Coming back to a delicious cake everyday for afternoon tea was a nice touch. Thank you from the Whiteleys, Gowans and Brains.

Superb chalet and driving staff made a three generational skiing holiday enjoyable from start to finish.

Incredible ski trip – seamless from start to finish

We booked a group ski trip through Build My Ski Trip and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

From the planning stage through to the actual stay, everything was handled really smoothly. Maddy and the team were super helpful, responsive, and flexible – especially given we were a fairly large group, which isn’t always easy to coordinate.

The chalet, logistics, and overall organisation were spot on. What really stood out though was the team on the ground – they put in a huge amount of effort to make sure everything ran well and that we were all looked after throughout the stay.

It made the whole trip feel very easy and stress-free, which is exactly what you want for a ski holiday.

Would 100% recommend to anyone organising a group trip – we’ll definitely be using them again.

The staff at Chalet Sylvain were incredible. So friendly and extremely accommodating to all our needs. The chalet itself is wonderful (although not necessarily baby friendly!). We loved the location, so close to the bus stop and Le Fornet lift.
