I bought the knee pillow and the butterfly shaped pillow. Both were uncomfortable and designed for much larger framed users. When I tried to return, they gave me a china address. They said their Australian returns address would be back in operation by August. I have tried contacting them many times since August. No answer. No refund just ghosted by the company. I’m not stuck with useless pillows that will have to go to landfill.

When I FINALLY received the pillow I was excited to use it. 1st night was rough, at 35cm long x 25cm wide, every time I moved I needed to reposition it into place. The strap held it to my leg, but the strap only holds the top part in place. The rest of it shifts out of position every time you move.
I persisted with it for a few more nights, then it started to unbutton when I moved, no longer keeping it strapped to my leg! It was MORE useless from then on!
I emailed them to arrange a return. Their website clearly says "No questions, no restocking fees, no reply shipping costs", so i expected a return postage label.
Their response was....
Here's the return address in China, send the tracking details, thanks for your cooperation.
I am not spending $40+ on return postage to China to receive a $69.95 refund, which is what they hope for. Also keeps their return % low!

I was advised by my surgeon to order a pillow, so looked for an Australian company. It hadn't arrived after a week I was told it was delayed coming from China. After a few email exchanges I requested a refund, and suddenly there was no further communication. I filed a complaint with Fair Trading, sent email to the company to advise there was still chance to refund and have had no response. It is over a month later so leaving in the hands of Fair Trading now.

The Q Pillow does not work well if you bend your knees when you side sleep. It also put my knee in a bad position over time which worsened my recent knee replacement. I asked for a refund and was offered a part refund of $20 to not have to return it. The return address they insisted on was China. I accepted the $20, but wanted to warn others, the 30 night trial and refund is not a real offer.

Purchased three items being sold at 50% off and one free item and was slugged for 100% of the price , including the item noted as free in the checkout. The company cancelled the 'free' item from my order but I was still charged full price for the other items. The discounts appears to be in $AU but the charge was in US$. I bought this through FaceBook. I now have the products and like them, but it you're going to order, order direct from the website and avoid the FaceBook marketing and purchasing, because the advertised prices were false. Suspect you would not run into this problem purchasing direct from their website. Biggest scam!
