Just ordered with free shipping. Get confirmation and additional hose added PLUS shipping. Tried to cancel order right after confirmation and they said it is ready to ship and can’t be stopped and I must refuse delivery. Scam. Order is almost $100 more than expected 😡 I will admit that customer service was nice but I’m not confident of seeing a refund. Of note - I DID receive the refund. I ended up ordering item directly through AMAZON. The QR code to register and warranty the product DOES NOT work.

Ordered a copper bullet hose on 5/31…

Ordered a copper bullet hose on 5/31 and added the $9.99 priority shipping. Called on 6/4 said order was being processed will take 3-6 weeks, i said no I paid for priority, then said it will take up to 15 days. Called 6/6 noticed amount being charged was higher than email. Canceled order, said email confirmation will take 24-48 hrs. Hopefully won't have any more problems. HIGHLY UNRECOMMEND! Hard understanding the operators who answer too

I placed an order for two hoses plus warranty and they charge me $138 and $20 for shipping and on their website it says anything over $49 will not be charged shipping. I have sent him three different emails and they yet to send me an email that has a solution.

The ruby horse power scrubber is a complete rip off.nothing like the commercial shows.i even ordered the delux ruby for more power for 72 dollars and its no good.i can't believe they get away with the false claims they make in the commercial. I've been trying to contact them for a refund but they don't answer the phone and they don't respond to my emails.

Customer service SUCKS

I ordered 1 Copper Bullet hose and was charged for 3
Contacted customer service at least 5 times
Nobody can speak understandable English and was told I could not cancel the order because it was ready to ship. I heard that same excuse for days. I was charged for 3 hoses but haven't seen any yet.
I tried calling corporate in the U.S. but nobody get's back to me. STAY AWAY from Bulbhead!!!!!

I've seen the TV, and did some research first....

I've seen the TV ads and the wording used. Everything seems to be at risk of becoming unavailable. I've considered a couple products. I cannot express how happy I am for Trustpilot. Upon opening this page and seeing the overwhelming number of reviews with a "1 star" rating I quickly realized to avoid doing business with BulbHead. These ratings wording provided me with a lot of laughs, quite entertaining. Many would have given a ZERO if they could. I was now interested in learning more about BulbHead and it's operation, background, and ownweship. OMG, this should be on the news, 100% pure scum in every way. Not an honest company trying to provide a product in a fair or ethical manner. I won't quote what I've read, but this is my opinion based on my research.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bulbhead has a very bad customer service. I recently purchased the Angel wing rear view mirror, unfortunately I never received the item and requested a refund. It has been over the time limit of 3 to 5 working days excluding the weekend
I was promised that I would recieve this refund and it has never happened. Each person I would speak with would promise me I was getting my money back
Not so!!! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM BULBHEAD AGAIN!!! CAUTION!!!

POOR PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER NO SERVICE

On August 28, 2023, I made a purchase of a Pocket Hose for $87.26.

The Pocket Hose Copper Bullet product came with a ten year warranty against significant loss of performance resulting from normal wear and tear.

On March 27, 2024, I contacted Pocket Hose, advised that the plastic threaded male connector that the copper bullet and sprayer attach to had degraded, the copper bullet and sprayer would no longer attach, and I needed to return the hose for repair. Pocket Hose requested a clear picture showing the defect which was sent, and then notified me that a replacement had been processed.

On March 31, 2024, I received the replacement with the very same plastic threaded male connector that had failed. Pocket Hose no longer sells a product with anything but all copper connectors for this reason. I contacted Pocket Hose again and was promised a replacement with all copper connectors which I have never received. Pocket Hose also stated that they were issuing me a full refund which I have never received.

The same item was on amazon for half…

The same item was on amazon for half the price , I paid 45.00 , I paid 19.00 on amazon , when I tried to return to bulb head my refund was 26.00 , apparently, the shipping I paid was non refundable & I had to pay to ship it back, I will not purchase anything from them again

We understand that on comparison you found the item you purchased from us available on Amazon at a lower price. However, we'd like to clarify that the item listed on Amazon for $19.99 is not the same as the one you purchased from us. This item is the regular Red Dog version without adapters, whereas the one you bought directly from us is the deluxe version. This deluxe version includes drill adapters, which accounts for the price difference.

Turning to your concern about the return and refund, according to our records, we sent a prepaid return label to you on the date of 3/26/2024. We also provided a product refund before even receiving the order back in our warehouse. This was done as an exception to our regular return policy to make the process more convenient for you. However, as of today, we don't have any record of your returned merchandise and it seems that the return label we sent hasn't been used.

We hope this clarifies your concerns. We value your business and don't want this experience to thwart any future purchases. We're always committed to providing you with the best service and products.

Bought the star shower slideshow

Bought the star shower slideshow. It almost burned my house down the slide was melting in the machine. Terrible delivery service.

On December 27, 2023 I ordered two mermaid drain magics. Finally, on January 8 I received only one after paying for two. I brought their mistake to their attention and on January 11 I was told my second one was in transit. I finally received the second one on January 22.
They have interesting products, but their delivery service is extremely slow, and I will not order from them ever again.

Fast service on mistake I made
