Ich warte seit 7 Wochen auf eine Auszahlung.
Auf meine erste Mahnung hin (nach 2 Wochen) wurde mir eine sofortige Überprüfung zugesagt. Weitere Mahnungen im Abstand von jeweils 2 Wochen blieben unbeantwortet.
Ich denke, Bulkstate ist ebenso wie Viventor und Fast Invest insolvent.

I did a deposit 8 days ago with all the details correct and the funds doesn't appear in my account, and I am really worried it disappeared and never see that money again... They dont reply my emails and there is no other way to contact them.

I have mixed feelings about my experience on Bulkestate. While some of the investments have performed well, others have not, resulting in lower returns or even delays. I also feel that the platform could provide more information and insights into the projects to help investors make informed decisions. That being said, the team has been responsive to my inquiries, which is appreciated.

3 en retard de paiement (donc potentiellement argent perdu – ou pas)
4 encore en cours de façon normale

Bref, le rendement promis ne sera pas forcement au rendez vous et l’argent est bloqué bien plus longtemps que ce qui est annoncé.

Cannot withdraw not invested money. Support not responding on any email.

Edit: 3weeks later i recieved my money. and fit anwer on mail. I can no longer say service is a fraud lets see how investment turns out. Increasing star, but still wonder if service is trustworthy.

The behaviour of Bulkestate is simply unacceptable. They do not respond to any of my inquiries except those where you apply for an early exit with no interest and a 20% loss of principal. They say loans are "delayed" but don't care to provide details when asked.

We can all complain here, but they don't give a damn. Bulkestate is a company registered in Estonia and they claim to have a financial license there, so EU regulations apply. I suppose we can use our rights to file complaints.

Bulkestate - no option to get out from investments in state of "In Default". They claim to be all in their investors' "best interest" but once you try to use the option "Direct Exit" (advised by themselves!), it's not valid anymore.
Forum is blocked, no possibility to communicate with Bulkestate or others.
Investments are prolonged endlessly without asking the investors for an agreement.
NO WAY OUT. Seems like a serious scheme.

Despite bulkestate writing "our top priority is always our investors", they really couldn't care less.

Several times I withdraw money from my account, only to receive it after I contacted them by email weeks later asking for my money. This time however, they don't even respond to any email anymore. Just totally silence. I am afraid the money is gone.

Earlier the company lacks timely and clearly communication to the investors. The administration on the website is faulty, and when asked about this by email I am just simply ignored.

Almost ALL investments have gone default, or at least extended for several years, where it should have been refunded so the original investors can get out after the term they signed up for if they want to.

More and more, it looks like a ponzi scheme to me. Therefor, for those we think about investing at bulkestate I would say: please do!

Kredite seit Jahren überfällig. Informtionen diesbezüglich äusserst spärlich (man muss diese in Blogs wirklich suchen!) und als Krone das Angebot eines EXITS mit fetten Verlusten. Oder halt weiter warten - man würde sich bemühen.
Anfangs war die Pattform ok. Jetzt offensichtlich wird Geld gezogenm solange es noch geht. Speziell der "Notausgang" scheinz für Bulkestate ein neues Geschäftsfeld zu werden.
Und dagegen besteht keine wirkliche Handhabe.
Ich habe überfällige Aussenstände von ca 5000 euro über mehrere Projekte

Mit BulkEstate kann ich auch kleine Beträge in Immobilien investieren. Die Rendite dauert bei manchen Projekten länger als erwartet, aber mir gefällt die Plattform.

Ordered a withdrawal of small amount on 10 March (more than 1 month ago), and still have not received it.
Wrote them by email - will update the comment when funds received.

Nahezu alle Kredite im Verzug. Kommunikationspolitik katastophal. Es gibt nahezu keine Updates über Projekte die seit vielen Monaten oder sogar Jahren in Verzug sind. Katastrophales Management.

Finger weg von dieser Platform! Habe vor einigen Jahre angefangen hier zu investieren. Seit 15 Monaten kommen keine Rückzahlungen 13 Investitionen gemacht vor über 2 Jahren. Seit September hat Bulkestate die Diskussionsplattform für Investoren auf offenen Projekten geschlossen. Somit ist kein Austausch zwischen Investoren mehr möglich. Bulkestate fürchtet wohl Transparenz...

After almost 3 years of investing in 5 properties, they are all not paying and all of them with some kind of excuse or no information at all (they continue as current when some are delayed for more than 6 months). Sure they say that they are not defaulted, but that´s because it costs them money to do that with lawyers and courts, so they prefer not do deal with it and just say it´s delayed even when they already prolonged for another year. And the funny part is that they say we are still making money. That´s hilarious. They announce Direct Exit in June 22, but it´s not even introduced or working. Two of my last remaining projects just finished and they don´t even answer e-mails. How long will it take for the other types of business they have to do the same? I gave enough time for them to show they are righteous and professional but sorry, enough is enough. They are not. I will change my review when they show me i am wrong.

Zero updates, considering look at the police from Latvia! No condition for this kind of company!

Since 3 march there have not been any new messages on the forums, that means no updates of projects anymore. This in addition of no more replying mails. This does not look good.

Laba sadarbība! Gribēju nopirkt dzīvokli grupu pirkumā, pēc vizītes ar Bulkestate aģentu apskatījām dzīvokļus un piemeklējām man labāko variantu. Ir nedaudz jāpagaida visu dzīvokļu rezervācija, bet cena ir tā vērta.

received money (direct exit) from one project, still wait for rest

After 1 year of prolongation 2 projects were supposed to be refunded this February. Nothing happened and stil no communication from the team. I am absolutely blind on where my money is and what are the perspective to get it back.
