Price too high
Ammended. The company contacted me and corrected the pricing error. I am now a happy customer
The service I received was just fine but I had bought in bulk in order to obtain a reduction in price.
I paid £1.51 a packet but when i received the product it was marked with a RRP flash at £1.49 per packet

However, we wanted to explain that the recent increase in prices for a limited amount of products (not 90% as you stated) is due to several factors, including inflation and an increase in prices from our suppliers due to rising costs of raw materials and labour. As you may know, inflation has been affecting the economy as a whole, and we're not immune to its effects. While we've done our best to absorb these costs and keep our prices as low as possible for as long as we can, we've had to make adjustments to some products to continue providing the quality products and services that our customers expect. We appreciate your loyalty and hope that you'll continue to choose us for your needs. If you have any further concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Great communication, only had one item that was out of stock, was offered an alternative replacement or refund. Delivery was very quick. Items were all good.

Brilliant price. Great floor cleaner for our Vax hard floor cleaner. Only needs 10ml in the tank compared to 60 of the far more expensive Vax liquid!
