Product not as advertised
Ordered pomegranate juice from website advertised as containing no artificial sweeteners or preservatives but product delivered did contain both of the above. To be fair, bulk supermarket did arrange for collection of the goods and I was refunded in full but the process was a bit of a hassle, photos of what I’d been delivered and waiting for confirmation that I’d returned the cartons etc.

Totally useless. Ordered Carnation Thick Cream, They send evaporated milk. All attempts to cancel order are ignored. Do yourself a favour. Shop Elsewhere!

All perfect from start to delivery
First time I've used them and honestly everything was great. I found the item I wanted and this was the best price for a special gift. Ordered on a Sunday and it was delivered on Wednesday with the normal shipping option. Very nicely packaged up to ensure there was no damage. Happy customer.

The right stuff came
The right stuff came, in a box that was smashed to bits, the inside of the box was worse. Individual drink cans dented and scattered through the box, it was so smashed up. No care taken at all in the post and packaging that I paid a lot for. I honestly don’t know what I’m supposed to do with these drinks. Luckily I’m not selling them because they’re too damaged. Definitely not ordering from them again.
