I am sorry to tell you that I find your website utterly confusing. It took me a long time to deal with the layout and even to sign in. I don't remember that I had so many problems just signing in quite some time ago when I ordered from you. I believe you need to reconstruct your website from the bottom up.

Small leak
I love bcf and I've purchased from them a few times now but the last 2 times a bottle or 2 leaked and i could tell they weren't tightened all the way. Other than that they're great.

We’ll be addressing this with our bottling and packing teams immediately to make sure caps are secured tightly. Please drop us a line at support@bullcityflavors.com with your order numbers so we can make things right on those lost flavorings. Thanks for helping us improve!

Ive been a customer of bull city for…over 10 years
Ive been a customer of bull city for over 10 years, and never have a problem. The only thing that has me a little angry lately is them not offering free shipping on the 16oz bottles any more. It used to be a great way to save a few bucks by ordering in bulk for flavors i use a lot of, but adding the shipping in there defeats the purpose. Other than that 5 stars!

Resposta da Bull City Flavors
Hi Crystal, first off, thank you so much for an incredible 10 years of supporting Bull City! A decade of trust is something we never take for granted. We also hear you loud and clear on the 16oz bulk bottles. As carrier rates on heavy liquid shipments have climbed over the years, absorbing full shipping on large bottles became unsustainable. To help offset that cost for our bulk buyers, we introduced our tiered coupon system so you can still save on larger orders while keeping our base concentrate prices as low as possible. We completely understand the frustration, and we really appreciate your honest feedback. Thank you for sticking with us for a full decade!

Resposta da Bull City Flavors
Hi Ebby, thank you for the updated feedback. We were surprised to see this, as our support team did reach out via email to allow a return on your item. Because flavor concentrates are food and beverage ingredients, health regulations prevent us from accepting returns once products leave our facility, but we specifically made an exception in your case because we value your business. We are sorry that our offer fell short of your expectations. If you would still like to proceed with that return, please reply to our email or reach out to us at support@bullcityflavors.com—our door is always open.
