Had a connection issue with iOS devices. Reported the problem via the support option in the app. Fast response and resolved the issue quickly.

Their support service were quick to resolve my issue. They replied really quick after I requested help via email. I provided the screenshot of the error. They found the issue really quick.

Bought a month trial membership.
Problems started with having to uninstall and reinstall every time I used
.This got worse to the point I couldn't log in or use the app.
It also didn't mask well as could not use a golf pass I ordered from UK
Plus point their customer service do actually respond if of no use
In regards to your response I liase for days with customer service who could not rectify and subsequently refunded me

Very nice and high bandwidth servers. Even on social media platforms. Loved the quality

UPDATE: - Definitely the best VPN in China. Speeds on this VPN are faster than most other commercial ones uses.

However where is the online customer service chat? BulletVPN say there is one but it rarely is accessible from the website. Even during the 9-3 Estonia hours they say I have rarely been able to find it. Only email. This service would be perfect for most people if they only add customer service chat. Other than that its a great service.

Bullet Vpn is one of three virtual network providers I have used when working in Asia and within China. Most expats working overseas have multiple networks due to the fact one can go down at anytime and I picked this up in a stacksocial deal due to curiosity.

Bulletvpn is a small service provider from Estonia that offers lifetime deals at the moment but don't let the smaller network put you off. Bullet had good speeds, the ability to bypass the firewall as well as any other vpn I have used and I have used both Nord and Express. The apps are well designed and do their job.

If you have used Express in China and used Bullet I doubt you could tell the difference. Whilst Bullet won't get you the top tier speeds of say Nord or Surfshark it is a Lot cheaper than those other providers and the lifetime deal that is time limited at the moment is a great deal.

Customer support are available on live chat but only during Estonian working hours so if you are outside of the EU you may find this annoying although the email support was good and helpful. Generally speaking customer support staff are much better than some of the other vpns at this price range (Ivacy) although waiting for emails to come back isn't ideal. Bulletvpn really need to provide a 24/7 live chat eventually if they want to compete with the bigger vpns.

Server location is good, last time I checked there were 52 countries although their website states 55, seems Philippines, Saudi Arabia and India are offline or have disappeared. Still it's a good location count.

Best feature probably is the bulletshield, which seems to act a second sever side firewall and would be a very useful feature for anyone doing torrenting or p2p.

Haven't tried or tested streaming yet as being in China it's hard enough to get over the firewall but this little company is running a good service. Out of the lifetime deals currently running on Stacksocial I'd recommend this or fastestvpn. Both are good vpns.

If bulletvpn want to improve I think they need to offer a 24/7 live chat. Small vpn but expect it to grow into the future if they keep offering a decent service and deals

I have had BulletVPN for a few years now and it is one of the best VPNs. They have apps for almost any device and if they don't you can use OpenVPN clients or Strongswan to set it up on other devices. Their Ikev2 connections are great and really fast. This VPN also has Wireguard on their app and it is great as well.

The connection with this VPN is very stable and does what a VPN should do. I hope this VPN continues to grow and continues to provide all of us with 5 star service. It is really easy to file a support ticket on their website and get help when you need it. The staff at BulletVPN will have your back when you need them and that is very important. They will also help you setup the VPN in a way that meets your needs whether you have Windows, Linux or a Chromebook the support staff will find a solution for you.

Bullet has been pretty good for the last 4 months. I use South African based DSTV.com and though there have been 3-4 hiccups over this period, the outage has only usually been 2-3 days max which is tolerable. I understand the complexity and reasons for this sort of thing being an IT consultant myself and also aware of the cat and mouse pressure streaming services are put under due to international licensing agreements.

I am very happy with your service, it is what I was looking for: easy to use without software downloading and setup password for my prefered PPTP conection.
I will appreciate very much, if it is possible that you fill up with crypto surprising hole-exposure PPTP protocol design may have: seeing web-browser direction/apps and an outside spy camera window.

BulletVPN is the best. I reached out to their customer support with an issue and they were the greatest. They solved my issue with speed and accuracy. This VPN is fast and always works for my computing needs. Now I know when I have a question or need help these folks will have my back.

This app went 5 years without a single update and last year they suddenly released a massive update overhauling the entire app’s appearance and functionality.

As of now they have a lot of potential to be a serious competitor in the VPN space with their great privacy policy and generous monthly/annual pricing.

There are a few big features missing like ad blocking through DNS and a kill switch for the mobile apps, as well as many more servers, but these things come with time.

Hopefully they will continue to update frequently, solicit reviews from credible outlets, and add features to make them a more viable option for a wider variety of customers.

UPDATE (27/09/23): Their France (Paris) servers are working fine with P2P. Their servers won't hide your IPv6 address. You can check this through their DNS Leak test page.

Old review:
I bought their lifetime license from Stacksocial trusting their advertisement that they have P2P-friendly servers. But I was fooled. None of their recommended servers is optimized for P2P. The max upload and download speeds I received were 10 & 20 KiB/s on qBittorrent. Contacted their support and they said they're having issues with torrenting on their servers and there's no ETA on when will it get fixed.

Their app has some issues as well. Many times, their servers won't connect with a particular protocol. And you'll have to tirelessly switch between protocols and locations to finally make a connection work. Maybe they can fix it with an app update.

None of their apps are open source. On the positive side, they offer custom config files for OpenVPN and WireGuard so that you can use a different VPN client. The speed I received is nice for general use.

The servers they recommended for streaming didn't work with Prime Video. Amazon detected I'm using a VPN. Their SmartDNS feature didn't work either.

Now, regarding their split tunnelling feature, I added an application and checked the IP through my browser. It showed the IP of the VPN instead of my IP! So, it's not working as intended.

They claimed on the website that they've chat and email support "anytime"! This isn't true. Whenever I click the chat button on the website, only the email support is shown available. I contacted their support regarding this and they told me that their chat support is available only from 10.00 AM to 3.00 PM EEST. I tried at 11.00 AM EEST and there was no chat support! So, the only proper support you'll get is by creating support tickets and emails.

And don't get fooled by their fake ad "As featured on New York Post, Mashable, CNET, TechCrunch!" This is a blatant lie as I checked these websites and there is no mention of BulletVPN. If they were true, why don't they hyperlink the logos to respective web pages?

One strange thing I noticed is they've numerous logos. Most trustworthy companies will have a single main logo and slight variations to use everywhere. But these guys have entirely different logos for their website, app, banner etc. Not sure why, but strange.

BulletVPN was responsive and helped me install the program across my computers and Android devices. I highly recommend BulletVPN!

The tech support if something is not right or doesn't work is very efficient, fast and they solve the problem.

Couldn't connect to a specific country from PC, Firestick or phone, but a cry for help got a prompt response and within a short time all was sorted. Strongly recommend BulletVPN as a fast, reliable service backed by responsive customer support.

Had trouble installing on Firestick but sorted very promptly, BulletVPN are extremely receptive when solving a problem. I have tried virtually all VPN's and can honestly say BulletVPN is the only one that has never been beaten.

I had an immediate tech support issue regarding the Kill Switch that I thought may be complicated based on my own user error, but BulltVPN support was able to quickly resolve my issue and get me on my way.
