Had an issue with the lavender and chamomile salad as it was rotten. Sent photos and asked for a refund on that 1kg bag. I had one reply to my emails and then nothing. After weeks of trying to get a reply I was at the point of contacting my bank to retrieve the money, when a box arrived with 1kg of 100g bags. No one ever responded to my emails, or let me know they were sending this. I had already replaced the forage and, and whilst I am appreciative of the replacement, I now have to try and store 10 smaller bags in my 2 bed house with 16 animals in rescue.
Please just communicate with your customers. Sadly I won’t be using again when service from Wild About Bunnies and Just4Rabbits is so amazing.

A love this company so much. Every month a get my guineau pigs a box every month and am so excited 😁 😆 to see what is inside. It is full of nice and tasty things 😋 for my boys, even get a toy. Well worth the money. Delivery is super fast aswell. Amazing 👏
