Geld komt maar niet retour 34.001 euro
Wij hebben zoals gebruikelijk een bunq betaalverzoek gestuurd die kan tot max 50.000 euro nu is onze € 34.001 staat op tussenrekening bij en partner geparkeerd al 3 weken niet terug gestort ook niet naar de afzender. We konden opeens zo’n bedrag niet meer via een betaalverzoek doen 🤷♀️. Je kan alleen chatten of het hoger opzoeken via bunq/report wat ook weer maanden kan duren. Het enige is een advocaat. Elke dag zeggen ze binnen 2 dagen weten we meer. Het gaat overigens om een zakelijke transactie. Het is gewoon niet te bevatten. Wij moeten ook onze leveranciers betalen. Schandalig. Dus als er iets mis gaat wat ik meer lees dan geven ze continu hetzelfde antwoord. Ondetussen is mijn € 34.001 zoek. Vreselijk bank!

Mucho cuidado con bunq.
Mi experiencia ha sido extremadamente frustrante y decepcionante. Realicé una transferencia de 2.003€ que nunca llegó a su destino, y desde entonces todo ha sido un caos. Nadie me dio aviso de ningún problema ni explicación clara sobre qué ocurrió con el dinero.
Lo peor es la falta total de soluciones: no puedes hacer seguimiento real del dinero, no hay respuestas claras y el soporte se limita a contestaciones automáticas o vagas que no resuelven absolutamente nada. Es desesperante sentir que tu dinero simplemente ha desaparecido y que nadie se hace responsable.
Te encuentras completamente desprotegido, sin acceso a tu dinero y sin una vía clara para recuperarlo. La sensación es de impotencia total, porque dependes de un sistema que no responde cuando realmente lo necesitas.
Y como pasa muchas veces, esto nos ocurre por no mirar opiniones antes de confiar. No te das cuenta del riesgo hasta que ya es demasiado tarde. Cuando reaccionas, ya estás metido en un problema del que es muy difícil salir.
Me siento engañado, frustrado y profundamente decepcionado. No volveré a usar sus servicios y recomiendo a cualquiera que tenga dudas que lo piense muy bien antes de confiar su dinero aquí.

When I challenged them, they hid behind the excuse that it was a credit card payment, which it was not. This is the kind of greedy, misleading behavior that destroys trust. Very disappointing service.

Terwijl ik de gratis kaart heb besteld over al op de app gekeken omdat te veranderen maar ik kan dat nergens vinden op de app
Dus ik heb mijn account opgeheven geen aanrader kan je beter een andere prepaid creditcard nemen inplaats van bunq

Bunq geopend voor info, gratis regelen in 5 minuten om rekening te openen, werden bijna 5 uur om alles in te voeren. Foto maken, moest bril af?, was niet op. BSN nummer zou niet goed zijn, na 6 keer 't zelfde ingevoerd was 't wel goed. Hoezo makkelijk, veel gedoe. Weet nog niet of ik ermee doorga.

safe yourself some trouble and choose any other bank but this one! Complete disaster if you need customer support - there is none! if your question is urgent just accept your lost.. Extremely disappointed and in a difficult situation because I can not speak to anyone from the bank.. i needed a document signed from the bank and they reply that they decided it is not needed to sign the document IF IT WAS NOT NEEDED I WOULDN'T ASK FOR IT Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i wanna scream
No star for an unworthy bank
The worse bank ever to work with. If, god forbid you have a problem with them you will never have their help or answers whatsoever. I have been stoled 2300 euros from my account because of their lack of security, they never deemed to address my situation. Just like throwing a rock in the lake, all you hear is plouf!!!

When your credit card gets hacked or somebody steals money from your account by making illegal debits, Bunq refuses to help you. They say it takes 3 months to refund your lost money, but after 2 months they deny the refund anyway for some BS reasons, such as that you didn't block your card for 2 months. They literally expect you to not use your card for several months! Ridiculous! Other banks refund you immediately in case of fraud. If you ever experience this issue with Bunq, don't wait, immediately file a police report for online theft, then use the report to file a settlement request with the RiFiD organization. Meanwhile, start shopping for a different bank.
The bank for POOR and LOSERS
I transfered up to 5000€ in my new Bunq account. I withdrawed few days later to my girlfriend's account. They stopped my transfer. They asked who I'm transfering to. I said, to my GF. Inmediatdly they closed my account saying "my banking behavior is not normal" so they close my account. They day I will have to wait AT LEAST 4 months to recover my funds. My funds came from legal sources and I can prove it. However they never ask for it. Just let me wait without being able to use my money. Conclusion: Don't use Bunq if you are a person who manage big amounts of money, just if you are poor. Otherwise, your baking behavior is not normal for them. I'm also not in a blacklist.
Gaat regelmatig iets mis, wordt niet opgelost
Er gaat om onduidelijke redenen herhaaldelijk wat mis bij bunq, in ons geval met de credit card van bunq die we een paar jaar in gebruik hadden voor online betalingen. De problemen worden niet opgelost door de klantenservice, komen eerst met tips we of al weten of niet werken en hebben het dan over een bug... We wensen ze veel succes verder maar voor ons nooit meer bunq.

I am actually on board with the mobile banking stuff but it wasn’t as smooth before.
Back in the day I thought that completely online banks were not as safe as their offline peers.
However, Bunq managed to change my mind on this matter, since despite the fact this is a mobile bank, it has all the security measures as the conventional ones.
There is a compensation scheme mandated by the central bank of the EU. And also there are all sorts of security elements inside the app too.
Like the Face ID or Touch ID, or even the two factor authorisation.
So the safety of this bank is really out of the question for me.
Gute Ansätze, horrende Verifizierung
Die App macht zwar einen sehr guten Eindruck, aufgeräumt, viele sinnvolle Funktionen. Der Zins ist auch gut. Nur, was bringt das alles, wenn bunq nach über 3 Wochen noch immer meine Verifikation nicht beendet bekommt ? Ich habe sämtliche Dokumente, webid, Gasrechnung, Meldebestätigung, Perso, Steuer-ID, etc geschickt. Anfragen beim support sind nur online möglich und sind im Sande verlaufen. Nach 2 Wochen habe ich dann den sogenannten "Prio service" in Anspruch genommen. Dort hieß es nur, daß mein Verifikationsprozess von einem dedizierten Team geprüft wird. Anschließend wurden die Konten auch prompt gesperrt. Ich habe dann frustriert das Konto gekündigt. Glücklicherweise hatte ich nur eine Testüberweisung von 10€ getätigt, die jetzt wohl verloren sind. Nicht schlimm, denn somit wurde ich wahrscheinlich von schlimmerem bewahrt.

So, it makes it great for everyone :)
There are little to no exchange fees if your destination has a local currency. So it’s much cheaper and safer to exchange here rather than take the risk of those crazy rates for tourists :P
