While researching eyelid surgery online, I met Dr. Burak. I read his reviews and made an appointment. After a one-on-one meeting, thanks to him and Kadriye, his assistant, I felt completely confident. I received answers to all my questions. Following the meeting, we decided to have eyelid surgery and eye bag removal. The surgery and follow-up examinations revealed a fantastic outcome, and I had almost no bruising, which I was very pleased with. Burak is a very friendly and wonderful doctor. I thank him for his wonderful surgery. I also thank Kadriye and her staff for their attentiveness.

Kulak estetiği için bu kliniğe başvurdum ve sonuçtan çok memnun kaldım. Doktor Burak Bey son derece ilgili ve uzmandı; işlem sorunsuz geçti ve sonuç oldukça doğal görünüyor. From the very first contact with the customer service team, I knew I was in good hands. The experience was phenomenal — they consistently followed up and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. Once I arrived at the clinic, everything continued to be just as amazing: all the ladies on the team were incredibly kind and welcoming.

I especially want to highlight my anesthesiologist Kadriye, who was so lovely and professional — even 15 days after my surgery, she still checks in to see how I’m doing and how my recovery is going, which I truly appreciate.

And of course, Dr. Burak their work has been outstanding, and the results have exceeded my expectations. I felt supported, safe, and truly heard throughout the whole process.

Waren letztes Jahr im Dezember beim Dr.Burak.
Es sollte eine Augenliedstraffung erfolgen.
Meine Frau war sehr aufgeregt und ängstlich. Der Doktor und sein Team waren super professionell, sehr verständnisvoll und hilfsbereit. Die Arzthelferin Kadriye, die auch Deutsch spricht, hat meine Frau super lieb betreut und mega professionell alles für die OP vorbereitet und alles vorher erklärt. My experience with the clinic and their team was phenomenal. The confidence of Dr Burak with my operation kept me at ease and with that came a lot of trust I put in him. I cannot forget both his assistant eda and the nurse seda, for making sure my transport for this procedure was comfortable and the check ups were genuine which made the first days of recovery easier. I would strongly recommend Dr Burak, and thinking about my next trip soon to get something else done. Dr Burak is very helpful m, and available to communicate if you have any questions, which is really important for me. I am very happy with results, his staff is nice, sweet, helpful some of them need to learn a little more English though but it’s ok.

I enjoyed my trip, even though I was way too nervous. However, the only thing I didn’t like was anesthesia, compared to US, I was overdosed with anesthesia, and felt very sick for 24 hours after that. If it will be changed I am happy to come back next year.

Anesthesia is nothing to do with Dr Burak’s experience, and my expectations. Just wish anesthesia would me more gentle just like in US.
