I have been working in Procurement for a couple of decades. In that time I have come across several agency handlers; ranging from the atrociously inept to those who are consummate operators - Grace Constantinou without a doubt sits rather comfortably in the latter category. This was my first experience with Burman Recruitment and Abi made it a pleasant one. She was super helpful from beginning to end, helping me move interviews as needed to fit around my schedule, and always letting me know what to expect in the following phase.

I initially applied for a role in HE with Burman via LinkedIn. When I’ve applied for other jobs through LinkedIn, my experience has been that it’s rare to receive a response at all, but Abi called me back within 10 minutes of me having submitted my application.
