Absolutely delighted with my order from Burncoose Nurseries! The plants arrived in stunning condition, healthy, vibrant, and clearly cared for. They were exceptionally well packaged, so everything arrived safely without any damage.

Delivery was incredibly fast, which was a lovely surprise. The whole experience, from ordering to receiving the plants, was seamless. I can't wait to shop with Burncoose Nurseries again and would highly recommend them.

Excellent quality plants, arrived in very good condition as packed well. Plants were larger than I expected for price.

First time ordering from Burncoose as I was on the hunt for a Passiflora 'Cooltropics Eia Popeia' and they were the only nursery I could find stocking the plant.

Called customer service for an update on the order as I wasn't sure if the plant had already been dispatched, I didn't catch the name of the person but she was very polite and gave me the tracking details.

The plant arrived in great condition and the packaging was definitely better than some other nurseries I've ordered from. I would happily order again as I can see they stock certain types of rare plants that I can't find in the nurseries more local to me.

The plant i ordered should have been a 3 litre pot but was only a 2 litre pot. It was posted promptly and securely packed and arrived in good condition although smaller than expected.

I ordered a METROSIDEROS carminea 'Ferris Wheel' in October 2025 and it was kept in an unheated greenhouse (in mild Cornwall) over the winter. It seemed fine for most of the winter, but by early May (with the plant now outside) it was looking unhealthy with the leaves all starting to turn a dull-green with shades of brown. They appeared dehydrated, but the compost was kept reasonably moist at all times. the plant is now completely dead. I think it was reasonably well cared for, so I'm at a loss as to why the plant should die in this way unless there was a problem with the roots.

Absolutely brilliant. We have always been wary of online nurserys fearing the plants would be poor or arrive damaged . Ours were superbly packed and arrived in only 3 days in fabulous condition and were really good quality plants . We will be back !

I have never bought plants online before that arrive so quickly and so well packaged that they are in perfect condition on arrival.

This was already our 3rd order this Spring and we will certainly be ordering again.

I ordered plants online and they were showing in stock. But after waiting 10days and having no delivery date I phoned the nursery. I was told that the plants could not be provided but they could provide an alternative. However I particularly wanted the variety I ordered, so had no choice but to ask for a full refund. I now have a refund but i had to chase them before I was told they couldn't supply plants. They had my order & money for over 2weeks and didn't inform me of the situation with the order, which they couldn't honour. So mow I'm back to square 1. I'm disappointed with their total lack of customer service.

My Argyrocytisus (Moroccan Broom) arrived today...totally amazing condition, excellent packaging and a great sized plant. I have to say I have found my ideal nursery and have my eye on far too much!
Delivery was top notch also.

I always find the plant I am looking for on this site and if you do not have it in stock you offer to notify me when you do. The plants are always well nurtured and hydrated and labelled as fragile, protected in robust, suitable packaging and the courier obviously takes care when handling them as I have never had plants arrive in a damaged condition.Yes, one has to pay for the carriage but in my experience free delivery from other sites can often mean less care is taken and packages and contents are often damaged. The Alternative Parcels Company Ltd are to be commended also on the care taken with the delivery . I was impressed with every aspect of my encounter with Burncoose Nurseries ... Well done !

These people know their plants and supply them in perfect condition.
It's like a puzzle to get into the boxes the plants come in, staples first, side seams next but once you do the plants are lovely and healthy and worth every pound.

Amazing website, emailed info with request for help and information regarding two plants late Saturday afternoon. Received friendly informative reply on Sunday morning. I found the price point of plants very competitive and the details relating to every aspect of each plant are the best I've ever seen. Placed order for number of plants and I'm confident they'll be everything I hope for when they arrive.

Burncoose nurseries had my parcel delivered to my old address. This is despite them having my new address . In essence I have lost £40.00. I won’t be using them again

I wish other online companies took as much care in making sure that the plants arrived in as good condition, as Burncoose obviously have. I will definitely recommend them.
