I would not hesitate in recommending Burnham Residential as first class estate agents. A first class personal service second to none. We were on the market for over 2 years with top agents and no interest. Ed Sawkins was recommended to me by a friend who was in a similar situation to me and got sold in 4 weeks once signed up with Ed. I called Ed and within four weeks mine was sold too. A great friendly but processional service that worked well for us.

We have just bought our first home through Burnham Residential. Edward was fantastic throughout the whole process. To arrange the initial viewing I left a voice message at 6pm on a Friday evening. By 9pm I was booked in to view on Saturday afternoon. On Sunday our offer was accepted and the ball was rolling. No hanging around, no manufactured auction between lots of other buyers.
Throughout the process Edward responded to my messages within a few minutes every time on what's app, and was available to talk things through whenever. It was also really refreshing to work with an estate agent that didn't push us to use a particular mortgage broker or solicitor, but had suggestions if we asked for them. All in all we were really fortunate to work with Edward on our first purchase and are really grateful for his efforts and expertise.

Ed was great throughout the sale of my house. Constant commmunication and always willing to help to get things moving along. Would 100% recommend 😊
