I returned $588.00 products for a full refund and received ZERO dollars back. I worked with these people for months trying to get my refund. It was a total SCAM and RIPOFF. I got NOTHING for $588.00

this is a horrible company!!!!! The product made me nauseated. I returned within 2 weeks, it was received by them on 2/1/26. After numerous emails and the run around, I still have not received the refund "guaranteed within 60 days if not satisfied" What a joke!

I purchased 6 bottles in Nov 2025 of this supposed amazing product that was going to melt pounds off my 264 lbs frame and after payment and receiving /using the product per their instructions for one month I had "zero" results. I discontinued use of Burn Peak and returned the unused bottles (5) (at my own cost) and requested a refund in December 2025.

24 emails and phone calls later in March 2026 I have not received a refund as of today (3/11/26) and have been lied to repeatedly that my credit card would be credited .

I am now reaching out and filing a complaint with The Better Business Bureau for potential resolution /and a full refund of $316.41 .

I do not recemmo d this product and I also want to warn everyone about the unscrupulous nature if this Company .

Can I rate ZERO stars? Burn Peak is completely ineffective. If anything, I felt HUNGRIER than without it. So I tried to return it and get my money back, as the company claims you can do, providing you return the product within a certain time frame. Which I did. Burn Peak promises to return your money in "7-10 days." It has now been 31 business days (yes, I'm subtracting the many holidays). I believe they're one of these companies that change their name every few months....once there are gobs of negative reviews about Burn Peak, they will change the name so when they introduce their new BS advertising campaign, there won't be gobs of negative reviews about it. They are owned by a company called HAVAH Corporation and I'm actively involved in trying to trace where these clowns are based. They had me send my product to Aurora, CO. However, even after they had received my returned "product," the clown named "Laura" who is supposedly a real person instructed me to follow a line - I was forced to waste another half an hour filling out forms explaining why I was returning the stuff. Every time I refused to change my mind, their on-line beg-a-thon tried to convince me to accept an amount of 40% what I had spent, instead of the entire purchase price (which is what they promise you). Unbelievably disgusting tactics. Evidently, I am not alone - they have no intention of returning anyone's money without an enormous fight. Very dishonest company.
