On September 11, 2025, BBB identified a pattern in consumer complaints regarding the marketplace behavior of the company Cartpanda Inc. Specifically, BBB has received complaints alleging that Cartpanda Inc.
Failure to Honor Refund Guarantees:
Consumers reported Cartpanda advertises 30-, 60-, or 180-day money-back guarantees that it does not honor;
Consumers attempted to return products within the stated time limits but are denied refunds for arbitrary reasons given by Cartpanda;
Only partial refunds (e.g., 25%) are often offered instead of full refunds even when returned unopened or unused.
Unauthorized or Duplicate Charges:
Consumers reported being charged multiple times for a single order or for products they did not authorize;
Consumers report being charged for upselling or additional products they declined during checkout;
Consumers report being charged despite cancelling their order immediately after placing orders.
Poor Customer Service and Communication:
Consumers reported an inability to reach customer service, being hung up on, or given conflicting information;
Consumers who did reach customer service were promised callbacks or refunds that never materialized;
And moreover, consumers reported emails went unanswered, or received automated responses that were not helpful.
