When I first started with them they were a newer agency and it's crazy to see how much they've grown and improved since then. I honestly wasn't too happy when I first started with them but they actually kept their promises and made it work which is much more than I can say for the other "big amazon agencies" i've been screwed by in the past. Burst is the real deal

They do a good job. Daya is pleasant to work with

My store managed by them has been crushing it! We did about $1k in profit the first month which isn't crazy but still a strong start. Looking forward to scaling this up long term

Pretty satisfied with their e-com automation service. They needed best customer service at first and I did bring that up and they actually did fix the issues

I've been with Burst Ecom for over 2 years and my experience has great. My store has done several 6 figure in profit. It takes sometime for things to get moving but once things are up it's pretty consistent and stable.

The things I wanted to initially complain about they actually heard me out and fixed which I really appreciate. That's why i'm giving them 5 stars.

At first I was pretty skeptical especially because a lot of their team you communicate with is from overseas but they are actually great and even better than some of the more expensive agencies i've hired in the past.

After working with about 3 different Amazon automation companies and being terribly let down I finally gave Burst Ecom a shot. I was initially skeptical due to their low starting fee and small social presence but they turned out to be the only company that actually delivered real results for my Amazon store. They actually set the correct expectations and definitely underpromised and overdelivered. Turns out the other agencies were also doing things to put my Amazon account at risk of suspension...Glad I went with Burst just wish I started with them first.
