Continued Professional Service
Having used Burton & Co LLP for many years, our latest dealing with them proved to be a challenging sale. Sam couldn’t have been more personable and professional in his dealings with this, which took 18 months through no fault of theirs. He always took our calls or called us back, email communication was great and he gave us the support we needed throughout this sale. He provided invaluable advice and the final account was more than reasonable. I’m sure he will be glad not to hear from us for a while! Thanks to everyone at Burton & Co, we appreciate each and every one of you.

When selling or buying a property, you want to work with someone personable and competent.
That's exactly what we experienced with Sam at Burton & Co LLP.
Throughout the process, Sam was responsive and explained everything in detail.
Communication was seamless, whether through email or phone calls, and Sam was always easy to reach.
I highly recommend Burton & Co to everyone.

My second time dealing with Patricia on…
My second time dealing with Patricia on this particular occasion.
First time being my first purchase on a property - I Felt communication and all relevant paperwork came quick , almost like nothing was stalled , other than the usual delays being in a chain which is expected.
Second and recent time. Re-Mortgaging to pull equity out - less involved than a purchase , but again , everything was dealt with quick and relevant paperwork received in quick succession.
I am in process of buying a Commercial property and im using Patricia.
3rd times a charm they say , but clearly this is not the case when working with Patricia. No Luck needed:).
Thanks Patricia . and her assistant Evie and colleagues who keep the cogs turning in the background.

Sale and Purchase - Fantastic Service
