Brilliant learning journey with support that is second to none!
The whole experience of completing my CIPD Level 5 with Busec Nova has been amazing. The course is well structured and well paced, the learning materials and platform are super clear and really helpful, and the support is second to none. I experienced a few personal challenges during my learning journey which meant it took slightly longer than I had anticipated to finish but Steve was absolutely brilliant. He was patient, compassionate and super understanding and his support genuinely helped me to get to the end.
I would happily recommend Busec Nova to anyone looking for an organisation to complete their CIPD with.

I found the module workshops really useful and informative. I enjoyed the discussion elements allowing me to understand different ways to answer a question within an LAB.
I found the module workshops really informative and helped me to prepare for the studying and essay writing. The tutors were very responsive throughout each module when I had questions.
The only thing I found hard was the different ways tutors/markers provided feedback on my ACP submissions. There were a couple who provided really useful and detailed feedback that allowed me to improve my essay writing for the final LAB. But others with very minimal or vague leaving me a unsure on my LAB submissions.
Overall, the support and resources I received helped me to achieve my qualification. I'd recommend Busec Nova to others.

Tutor support
Sue, my tutor was so approachable and friendly. She was contactable in between sessions and really made the sessions enjoyable. She gave constructive feedback and really helped improve my understanding.

Their flexible and individual approach made all the difference to my success
I was really worried about starting by CIPD Level 7 having recently been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. Michelle took time to understand my conditions and designed a programme that gave me the flexibility I may need from the outset, taking away the worry of what would happen should my health get in the way. I also got great support from my tutor throughout the course. The quality of the content was excellent as well. I would recommend Busec Nova.

Staff were supportive and responsive to…
Staff were supportive and responsive to my individual needs, feedback on assignments was really useful although sometimes took longer than stated to return feedback. The mix of learning materials was really useful

Excellent tutors and great support
Excellent tutors who really helped you to understand the theory. Get support when you needed it and prompt feedback given. Would recommend Busec Nova to others thinking about completing their CIPD.

Smooth process
The process was quite smooth but sometimes the feedback given wasn’t very helpful. It also took quite a long time to receive my certificate through the post but they do provide an online version.
