Customer service still exists
After a mix up with orders and a few emails not the fault of the vendor I might add.. I received my order within 48hrs of purchase and in the face of all the snow/ weather issues I am happy to recommend
Justin did a great job getting issues resolved on my behalf and in sending out the order.

21 days after placing my order, it is yet to arrive in full. Seller stopped responding to emails about missing items. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Placed my order three weeks ago today with next day delivery. 8 days after I placed the order my parcel arrived, missing two of its items. Before it had arrived I had received many unprofessional emails from the seller accusing me of being a "nasty person" for leaving a bad review of his website, quote "At least you got off on leaving me a bad review". Once the parcel did eventually arrive, two things were missing. I informed the seller over email and he responded saying they were "to follow", 12 days after that email I have as of yet received nothing so. Not only that, the seller STOPPED RESPONDING TO ALL MY EMAILS. So, he clearly had no intention of sending me the items I HAD PAID FOR.
To resolve this I to file a claim through PayPal in order to receive a refund, and now I am stuck without the items I ordered 21 days ago for my Dad's birthday.
A pathetic excuse for a company.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, I spent money on items without the items showing up for 21 days. I spent the money on nothing essentially, until PayPal sorted it out for me. Can you imagine the stress of someone taking your money, ignoring your emails, and then still not sending you the item?! SHOCKING.
UPDATE: Owner reported this review, and accused me of sending "nasty and abusive emails", I have the full transcript of our correspondence, nothing I said was nasty or abusive, and I certainly wouldn't lower myself to calling a CUSTOMER (YOU STILL TOOK OVER £20 OF MY MONEY) "a very nasty person", when all I did was leave a review about my experience regarding the service (or lack thereof!!!). Embarrassingly bad. Awful. Disgraceful.

Ok the facts yet again, your order was delayed due to the whole country esp the couriers struggling with the snow, we also had an outage that day due to virgin media which you can see on our twitter at the time and on top of that my wife gave birth 2 weeks early, all on the day you ordered and still sent us abusive nasty emails after explaining all that to you several times, the whole country understood snow issues but you expected them to get to you next day??
Anyway you sent lots of abusive emails and even now insist on using derogatory words towards us, I think you like leaving bad reviews?

Had a problem due to bad weather but to his credit the guy came good on his promise

Bushcraftlab are excellent
Bought a Mil-Tec smock which was excellent quality but didn't fit for the purpose I wanted.I contacted BCL and they agreed a return immediately.
As soon as they received it back a refund was processed for me.
Their customer service is outstanding.
A friendly,very high quality company.

Ordered a rigger belt after some research, cheapest on the market and arrived after 3 days. Happy with the product and the customer service, would definitely use this company again.

Excellent customer service
Despite an initial dissapointment with an item I ordered no longer being available, I was able to revise my order with Justin. The team at bushcraftlab provided a level of customer service that far exceeded my expectations. Graet work, will be returning soon.

Unstringable Crossbow
I bought a Scorpion Pistol Crossbow from Bushcraftlab. It arrived promptly but proved impossible to string even with two strong men attempting to bend the bow as per the instructions. I believed that the incorrect string had been included and asked for information by email and was essentially told to follow the instructions on the box. I looked at a number of videos on line and tried those techniques with another person helping but without success. I therefore returned the bow for a refund. Al that happened was that the same bow was returned to me with no explanation or apology.
I advise readers not to deal with this company.

Firstly, we emailed several times easy ways to string that small pistol bow, very surprised 2 men could not do that when I do myself?
We then over month later out the blue receive a trashed box with said bow in totally unsellable and not faulty, we returned it at our cost as not faulty.

Great company to deal with.
Gave me sound advice and once I had decided on the product that was right for me it was delivered in a couple of days.
Product ( panther crossbow ) was exactly as I was advised.

Inaccurate description
The wording on the website with regards to my purchase is far from accurate. The crossbow pistol 80lb is feeble. The bolts buckle on the lightest impact. I might recommend bushcraftlab but I certainly wouldn't recommend the product
