I love the the old school forged finish. The cleaver was delivered to me very sharp & I found it touches up after dulling very easily with a leather strop. I have only used the big blade to chop veges & prepare salad which it navigated very well despite being designed for heavier chopping work. I think kitchen dual purpose concept works well! I have no doubt at all it will chop! The the steel recyle is another positive. Tom is helpful & honest. Very impressed!!

We had purchased some of Busy’s projects (cheese knife and sandalwood stick holders) while traveling last year. Both items were admired by visitors, including our daughter in-law. I purchased the same again as a Christmas present for her this year. She was thrilled. The ordering process was easy and items arrived in time for Christmas without stress. Very happy all round.
