What impressed me the most was not just
What impressed me the most was not just the content (which is excellent), but the customer service. I had an issue accessing one of the files (turned out it was in my spam folder), so I got scared it might be a scam. I sent them an email that was even a bit rude, and within minutes, I received a friendly and super helpful response. Business Explained really treats you like a valued customer, and that’s rare these days.

Los documentos a los que te refieres son nuestras Hojas de Verificación en Google Sheets. Están diseñadas específicamente para funcionar dentro de Google Sheets, por eso no se descargan como un PDF tradicional.
Para usarlas en tu laptop:
1. Abre el enlace de Google Sheets.
2. Haz clic en Archivo → Hacer una copia.
3. Guarda la copia en tu propio Google Drive.
Así podrás editarlas y utilizarlas correctamente desde el navegador.
Es posible descargarlas en formato Excel (Archivo → Descargar → Microsoft Excel (.xlsx)), pero ten en cuenta que algunas fórmulas o automatizaciones pueden no funcionar exactamente igual, ya que el producto está diseñado para Google Sheets.

Book would not download
I bought a book on Management Consulting, but it wouldn't download. I then tried to contact their Customer Service, but the message indicated a fault and asked me to try later. Please provide the book or issue a refund.

We’d like to clarify a few things for accuracy. Our eBooks are available for immediate download after purchase, and we handle hundreds of orders every day without download issues. When problems do occur, they are usually related to browser, device, or connection settings rather than the product itself.
We take customer support very seriously and have a dedicated team that responds to every email and message. That said, we are currently in the middle of the holiday period, so response times may be slightly longer than usual.
If a customer cannot access their purchase or is genuinely unsatisfied, we offer refunds with no questions asked. We are always happy to help and encourage customers to contact us so we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
There is a ton of great information
There is a ton of great information in the PDF’s and spreadsheets. I just don’t like the fact that the “books” don’t come in actual “book” form. I’m not going to print thousands of pages and have them spiral bound. In the marketing videos they show people looking at actual books. I guess I’ll just keep reading the “ebooks” in PDF form….

You’re right that everything we sell is digital. We clearly state on our website and checkout that these are eBooks in PDF format and spreadsheets. We don’t sell physical books, and we don’t expect anyone to print them.
About the marketing visuals: the physical books you see are symbolic. They’re meant to show structure and depth, not to suggest that printed books are shipped. Still, we understand how that can be confusing, and your feedback helps us improve how clearly we communicate this.
We chose PDFs on purpose. They’re searchable, easy to use on any device, and simple to update with new content over time.
