Jessica has been great answering all of my questions. I’ve had a great experience so far. I highly recommend the virtual mailbox service.

I am having the worst experience with BusinessAnywhere LLC. Jessica is the most unprofessional condescending customer service agent I've ever encountered.
I number my questions and she proceeds to answer me with definitions and doesn't respond my questions at all.

The worst part is there is no cancellations or refunds offered.
No phone number to talk to a human.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!

Jessica went above and beyond to help me find a very important legal document this week. I was very stressed, and she really stepped up and did everything she could to help. I was not expecting this level of service, and am so truly grateful.

I had an excellent customer service experience with Business Anywhere, and that really stood out to me. In a time when many business services feel impersonal - especially online - this experience was refreshingly human.

The platform itself is clean and fairly intuitive, but I had a few moments where I needed clarification. This isn’t my first time using an all-in-one business service, so I understood the basics, but every system has its own flow. When I reached out for help, the response was prompt, patient, and genuinely supportive.

I used their notary service for my virtual mailbox, and Kara was my notary. She had an infectious enthusiasm and was incredibly kind, which immediately put me at ease. She was also very thorough and patient, directing me to a walkthrough video that was exactly what I needed. Once I followed it step by step, everything clicked. When I realized I needed to upload additional documents, she made the process easy and completely stress-free.

I also mentioned that I was running into some questions around my business registration. Kara immediately connected me with Jessica, and within an hour Jessica followed up. Jessica was phenomenal - she called me personally, walked me through the remaining steps, clarified what was needed on my end, and stayed responsive and clear over email until everything was completed.

Before I knew it, everything was done: my virtual mailbox, LLC setup, and registered agent were all in place. It truly is an all-in-one solution. The dashboard is well organized, all documents are easy to find, and the entire process felt handled with care.

I have been working with Kara on opening a Virtual Mailbox and she is a delight to work with! She sent me videos and answered all of my questions in regards to filling out the necessary paperwork and providing my ID’s. She is personable, friendly and knowledgeable, making it easy to talk to her. I also had some other forms Notarized by her on a separate occasion, and she made the process smooth and easy for me. She also answered other questions I had in that meeting.
