Horrible experience -tried to cancel and they couldn't find my subscription - so suggested waiting til I was charged again so that I could provide the last 4-digitis of credit card. Now may have to pay for another year but am requesting a full refund.

I tried using Business insider for a school assignment, but I need to pay first. How the hell is anyone supposed to read the damn article if your going to ask children to pay up first?

Abo-Falle... Eine Kündigung ist nur möglich, wenn zig mal auf kündigen geklickt wird. Gibt am Ende noch netterweise einen Grund an, wie ich es getan habe, rutscht die Webseite so nach oben, dass die Buttons aus dem Sichtfeld verschwinden. Zu dem Zeitpunkt bin ich davon ausgegangen, dass ich gekündigt hatte. Leider war dem nicht so und ich musste erneut den Prozess durchgehen. Beschwerde beim Verbraucherschutz ist raus. Finger weg!

Die Website ist vollgestopft mit Werbung, was es unmöglich macht einen Artikel am Handy zu lesen..

I searched I will never buy stereo equipment from Amazon. Like so many search engine the writer didn’t know how to answer. She talks about how like everybody she had shop in the early days of 2020. Later she said she got out and talked with small businesspeople. Shen she said you can’t rid your self of them completely because they’re involved with Facebook. So whose question was she answering hers I stopped buying from amazozon but not really. She didn’t say anything about buying speakers at Amazon

BI offered a $49 subscription. After selecting that option I was charged $99 with no way to back out.

I feel like it sometimes gives glorified trash and tries to downgrade stuff because it’s popular. I saw this with attractions and it downgrades beautiful site and it makes me wonder if they did actually go to the places or they just took pictures off line

Do not use this company!

I had signed up for a free trial (emphasis on free) that I cancelled before I needed to in order to avoid any problems. This company charged me from the start of the trial in November 2024 every month thereafter until now (April 2025) for the full monthly subscription price. Unfortunately working and being a full time student I did not catch the charges coming out of my account until recently. When I emailed Business Insider, Dane, issued me a refund for only the last month and promptly informed me via email that the other months could not be refunded because of the terms of sale that of course I was welcome to review. How is it a sale if it’s advertised as a free trial? Oh I know! Because they make you put just one dollar down when you enter the “free” trial, so legally they have made a sale and now you are on the hook for paying the full monthly amount for a subscription you “thought” was a free trial; such crap.
Originally I thought this would be a good source for exploring some areas of information for my school work, but I am sorry to say they are just a scam. The information is really not all that accurate either. Save yourself the headache, this company is not worth it.

This website is a farce! More often than not, stock prices lag or fail to update. Today for instance, 10 minutes after opening, STILL NO SIGN OF ACTIVITY. Fix your page because RIGHT NOW, it;s worthless!

SOON TO BE FORMER SUBSCRIBER!- The content here has become a left leaning joke! If I want to hear their political take on a texting scandal or read an article that debates the the morality of STEALING from Amazon, I will choose a sensationalistic news source. This publication needs to either get back to its roots and stop spending it's subscription revenue sending "journalists" all over the world to review plane fare classes, resorts and restaurants; or, change it's name and stop fleecing it's subscribers.

Do not add me to your lying newsletter list without my permission. This is ILLEGAL in the US. Gross company, gross practices, gross ethics.

Uff, bei der Kündigung muss man sich durch 5 Seiten durchklicken, das man die Kündigung fortsetzen muss. Heftiger Zug, kann ich echt nicht empfehlen!
