A good year on from cancelling any work with BWG (aka Numero) and I'm still finding mistakes in the back end of our website created by this company.

Issues included:

• Clear use of overseas employees with poor spelling, grammar and a seemingly lack of effort with proof-reading. Found another company's name on the Meta description for our home page...

• Poor grasp of our industry despite multiple meetings and explanations with project leader.

• Inability to adhere to project specifications. For example they were told to stay clear of any individual product headers, descriptions, page titles etc and to focus on collections only. To this day I am still finding edited (and inaccurate) product page titles, which will be hurting the optimisation of said products. We have over 2500 product listings, so this is a major headache.

• Blog posts - clearly a copy and paste one size fits all approach. Reminded me of early phase AI writing. Found myself re-writing copy that was provided to me for approval because of how poorly it was written.

I could go on.

Terrible experience. Unfortunate that my boss was coaxed into this service over the phone with the ridiculous promise of 'see XX growth in sales with us'.

If it seems too good to be true, it's because it is.

Very happy with my experience dealing with these guys, well organised, friendly team with a clear easy to follow plan to develop my website, making the process as straight forward as possible for me.
Will not hesitate to use BWG again in the future when the time comes for a website freshen up.

I used BWG to design and build my companies website and from the beginning planning stages through to the final completion their service was exceptional.
I highly recommend this company to anyone planning on getting a website of their own.

Fast and efficient

Nick at BWG was great to deal with. BWG managed to deliver to us a great website whilst in the middle of another lockdown. They were always available when we had questions and responded quickly to any changes we wanted to make.

The BWG team have been extremely professional in creating my new interior design website because they did such a good job I asked them to assist with maintenance on my existing website: for private hire chauffeurs and luxury transfers .
