Resposta da Buster + Punch

Hi Alex,

We are very sorry to hear about what has happened. I attempted to contact you by phone this morning to discuss the matter with you.

I have been informed that my colleague spoke with you last week and confirmed that an email had been sent to our warehouse team to raise a case directly with DPD, requesting clarification regarding the circumstances surrounding your delivery.

Please note that a full refund, including the original shipping costs, has been issued to you this morning, prior to the order being returned to us. In addition, our warehouse team has submitted a request to DPD, who will now carry out a full investigation into why your item was not delivered.

I will also send you a separate email confirming the above details, and I very much look forward to speaking with you soon.

Kind regards,
Melanie
The Buster + Punch Team
