I am very happy with my recent Busy Bee clean - I hired them for an end of tenancy cleaning (they were recommended by my letting agency, who has used them previously).

They were very communicative through email and responded quickly to all messages.

They were easy to schedule, flexible on the scheduling - I had to reschedule to a Sunday and they were willing to do so with no hassle.

They were on time (my time slot was 9am-10am, they arrived at 9:20am), they brought their own supplies, and they arrived with multiple cleaners to make sure it did not take all day (they finished shortly before 2pm.)

The clean is fantastic - everything was very thoroughly cleaned, organised, and nothing was damaged or broken. They even clarified to make sure they could use a specific piece of equipment in case it might disturb my neighbours. I am very happy with the experience and find them to be worth the money.

Disorganised approach - I had shared a floor plan and specifics about what needed cleaning. The cleaners who arrived seemed unaware of which rooms needed cleaning and specifics - not shared with them by the office - so I was made to feel like they were doing extra work. They didn’t send enough cleaners so had to come back the next day, but it wasn’t the same cleaner who came back so they didn’t know where the previous had left off. They also didn’t bring cleaning equipment like the previous cleaners had - didn’t steam the floors and completely missed the hall and bottom stairs. They didn’t clean any shelves above reaching height and didn’t ask for a ladder which we have. They asked if everything was ok while on their way out and with bags on their backs, so I had no opportunity to go around and check. When I mentioned these aspects to the office instead of offering to rectify they just said they’d send someone back at extra cost. Unhelpful communication and general disconnect between the cleaners and office.

Busy Bee did an end of tenancy clean of my flat on 26.09.23 .
They were very efficient and my new tenant is very pleased with their work .
Therefore I arranged for the cleaning of the curtains and to remove a stain on a mattress .The quote for this was in my view a very reasonable sum .The activity has been well carried out to the point that the cleaners were not satisfied with the curtains and so had them cleaned without further charge

We are a property management agency, so we are always keen to find great cleaners. Busy Bee has been one of the best so far. Their standard of clean is much higher than most other agencies and they are very detail orientated. We will continue to use their services and would highly recommend them.

We engaged Busy Bee Clean LTD for end of tenancy cleaning at our flat. They did an absolutely amazing job - the place was spotless when they’d finished. We were so impressed that we’ll be using them for bi-weekly cleaning at our new place.
