Avoid this company, absolutely rubbish you will waste your time and money!

Absolute rubbish products and the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I stupidly bought 4x T10-Coolers. The products are absolute rubbish, my pc fan has more power. Falsely advertised product, plastic box with a bit of cardboard in it that does not meet product advertised. No filters as advertised included, product leaks water everywhere. USB ports faulty. Have sent over 20 emails, keep being promised refund but 4 months later still no refund!
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Dodgy, unethical business.
UPDATE: The day after posting this review, I finally received my refund from Buy Tech! Thanks to TrustPilot and the power of posting public reviews :-)

Cannot put minus 100. As like everyone else, I too was taken in. 2 Super dooper heaters Canadians are falling over each other to get. I only have one lucky but good thing to report I got my money back. No heaters, no emails no nothing. I think I got off lightly and luckily. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Pleased with item so far, heats 17' x 13' room as long as all the doors are shut, uses about 10p an hour set on 30 C. Item did come from China but tracking provided was spot on, I do think the charge is over inflated for what it is, no where on the heater does it mention IGLOO, one that look exactly the same is available on ebay for 1/4 of the cost.

I bought a smart watch from this company few weeks ago but I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the product because it was inferior, poor quality and did not work, I contacted the company for address to return the item for a full refund but was paid £15 to keep the item out of the £42.89 I paid not even worth £5. Total rip off

This company sent me a useless piece of equipment. They wanted me to send a video to prove its uselessness, which I did. Their website said full refunds would be made if item was faulty or unsatisfactory. They prevaricated for weeks and finally said they would refund me 35% of the price if I returned the item. I did not trust them to keep their word. They cheated me out of £80. Don't buy from them. If I could have given no stars I would have done

I bought 5 Orbis heaters from this company and complained about the price as found they were less than half the price on other sites. I then tried one it will not stay up just spins up the wrong way they are meant to lock. They are cheap and nasty Not as advertised please do not buy as when you complain they say send to China which costs more than the product worth. I asked if they pay postage as faulty but they refused saying that as they send free it is up to buyer to pay return postage. They ended up giving me half my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We ordered a robo vac based on what now seems to be a false consumer review site. What we got was barbies dream house vac with a dustbin the size of a match box which demonically spins in circles.
When I attempted to return they offered a 25% refund and I would have to pay shipping back to China followed by a 15% surcharge for their handling costs!!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Like many of your other reviewers I bought what was
advertised as Orbis heaters - 3 of them as I thought they would prove useful. But absolutely useless, complete waste of £115, company very hard to contact, said they were British but made in China (and I strive to avoid buying anything from China as its all cheap rubbish) so annoyed that I didnt check reviews first! Have learnt the hard way.

possibly the biggest con people on the internet , nothing but cheats , liars , to be honest too many to mention ALWAYS look up the comments when purchasing

ordered three Orbis heaters but they would not fit my sockets as they are low to the floor contacted company to return them they said give them away or send them back to china they offered me a small refund .said they had come from u.k. so why did I have to send them to china customer service appalling kept raising the amount of refund I finally settled for it but was not happy this is a company I would never think of doing business with ever again and I advise all purchasers to be aware that returns are all to china at your expense and they are very reluctant to give refunds also the heaters were supposed to be orbis but they did not have the brand logo anywhere on the product or packaging so I can only assume they are a cheap brand from china DO NOT buy FROM THIS COMPANY

This company will rip you off like no other the stuff they sell is not just crap it's at the bottom of the crap pile .

I rate this company at zero stars if possible. Product was cheap and not what stated in advertisement. I was Shipped and charged for two separate orders when I only order one. I emailed Buy-Tech within the appropriate time frame for A full refund to receive information on return address. When I finally heard back from them they offered me a partial 50% refund but no return address. I declined and asked for address again. I have an offer 80% refund. I accept and asked for a confirmation email on the amount. They were only going to refund for one of the orders. I sent them both order numbers and proof of payment but still not heard back from them. I am now taking this to my credit card company and hoping they can reverse the charges.

Update, I did finally get back 80% on each orders and was not required to ship back product. That still leaves me out 20% on two orders, one of which I did not place. Some thing is better than nothing. I would still never buy from this company as their produce is not as advertised and their return policy is false. As they avoid or ignore request for return address for full refund.

Ordered what I thought were orbis heaters received two heaters in boxes that looked like customers had returned to them and they were sending them back to gullible people.There we’re no instructions they were definitelynot orbis could have bought them on Amazon for forty pounds instead of one hundred luckily credit card company refunded stay well away

The products were faulty and I was given the absolute run around, when finally after threatening them with fair trading they offered me a discount.. I refused that, then when I demanded to return the item,they gave me an address in China.. Keep well away

Please please do not buy from this company they advertise a product don’t say it’s from china and then send you a cheap substitute for the item you ordered!!
Ask for a refund then you have to send it back to china and they will take 15% of the refund!!😡😡
Luckily got my refund through my bank!
