Amazing 😍…
Placing my order was incredibly pleasant, informative, quick to answer questions regarding my order! In this day and age, it's unusual to speak to a CS Rep. That is both Casual and Professional, and is also very knowledgeable of your products. I was surprised to find my absolute favorite Perfume: Sun, Moon and Stars🥰 It smells just like I remember and it's great to know that I can continue to order from Buybeauty, for all of my skincare , Cosmetic needs, not to mention all of the great products in between!
Your CSR staff is fantastic as well. Well done. Amazing Job!!
Thank You,
Sincerely,
Janet Vanderpool

Hi,
We apologize that you haven't received your order yet. Your package was delivered to a parcel locker on September 19, 2022, 12:33 pm . When this happens, a key to the locker is usually left in your mailbox or somewhere safe around your house. Once you have the key you should go to your local post office and you'll be able to unlock the locker with your package inside.
For any other issues, you can always email cs@buybeauty.com and we'd be glad to help!
