I started VIP to find buyers in Ohio and Florida. I'll be listing my first contract on the marketplace this week. The interface is clean, which is something I care about. Beyond that, here is my review:

What works:

Things to keep in mind:

Verify before you rely: As a fast-growing platform, some data needs cross-checking. The buy-box parameters act more like broad market averages than individual investor criteria—great for spot-checking trends, but not for strict filtering.

Underwrite manually: I pull my numbers straight from county records rather than relying on automated platform estimates (though that applies to virtually every tool in this space).

Bottom line: I plan to renew. I'll take a fast-moving, responsive team continuously shipping updates over a polished, static product any day.

As someone who is starting their wholesaling/investment business with a little knowledge on how to start and where to go, I have found BuyBox Cartel to be so helpful from learning how different sales work, to what properties are worth going after and which ones aren't.
It also comes with this amazing group of people who are all here to help one another grow and succeed in their endeavors. It is amazing to see so many people come and work together.

BuyBoxCartel makes it easy to source real estate investment deals for my wholesaling business. The site is sleek and simple to use and understand. I like that I've never had any loading issues, making it easier to streamline data for my business.

About a year ago I entered the space with the same hopes and dreams that everyone that has that enters this space. I thought look at this guy.look at his videos. He makes it look so effing easy. So I thought this won't take long and proceeded to do what probably 95% of the people in this group do. Nothing. And I made exactly as much money as the effort that I put into it. Nothing. Then I decided I needed a change of occupation. I decided I was going to buckle down. I was going to wholesale Me a house. I was going to be drowning in riches in no time. I wish that's the way the story would go, however, it's not as easy as Richard makes it look. It's a real job that requires real effort and the struggle is real when you're talking about rejection. All that being said, these guys probably do it the best when you're talking about these $20 specialty niche courses that teach you how to gain a skill and give you a community to support you. Cuz they got it down. The reason they make it look so easy is because they are just that good at what they do. Between Richard's prowess with the negotiations, and Chris's technical wizardry mumbo jumbo Gypsy talk, they got it all figured out. I've been in the program for just over a year now and I've come very close several times to locking up a deal hopefully this next week fingers crossed will be the week for me. But even if it's not, this group has shown me that there's going to be one for me in my future if I keep at it. And they have done the most that they could do to inspire this in me. Rejection? I eat it for breakfast now. Success? It's going to be mine. Of that I am certain. And that certainty is all thanks to Chris and Richards hold my hand wholesale. So thank you guys for doing what you do. The courses are great. I love the humor that gets interspersed into the lessons. Richard your live stream is absolutely gold. Chris, the website looks great. These guys have really figured out how to help their students in every way possible whether it be deal acquisition, negotiations or dispositions, even closing. they'll work with you to find a lender they'll help you double close they will help your seller get a new loan if need be just to make that deal happen for you. There are other schools like this on the internet if you dig deep, but none of them have the panache and style that hold my hand wholesale does. So it's only 20 bucks freaking put it out there and get in here and get your freaking sleeves rolled up .et's wholesale some houses!! This is 2026 and if you're broke, that's your own fault.

The community is helpful, the deals are real, and the platform makes it easy to find opportunities and connect with other investors. Highly recommended!

Buy Box Cartel is seriously becoming the all-in-one tool I didn’t know I needed.

What I love most about Buy Box Cartel is that it brings so many tools together in one place. Instead of paying for multiple subscriptions for data pulling, comping, research, and everything else that comes with wholesaling, I can get so much of it done under one roof. That alone makes the monthly price feel like a no brainer.

The software is extremely intuitive, clean, and easy on the eyes. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making the platform not only powerful, but actually enjoyable to use.

Of course, no software is perfect, and there are occasional bugs or little things that pop up here and there. But honestly, what stands out to me is how quickly they get addressed. The creator is consistently making updates, fixing issues, improving existing features, and listening to feedback. That responsiveness is a huge deal to me.

And that’s what makes me excited about the future of Buy Box Cartel. It already combines so many tools that wholesalers normally have to pay for separately, and it feels like the goal is to eventually get us to the point where we don’t need a dozen different subscriptions anymore.

For the monthly price, Buy Box Cartel is an absolute game changer for anyone in the wholesaling space. The value you get from having so many tools under one roof is hard to beat.

If the creator Chris keeps building and improving at this pace, I genuinely think Buy Box Cartel has the potential to become the one-stop shop for wholesalers.

Buy box cartel is by far the cheapest services out there. It’s an all in one platform as well from lighting leads to countless buyers list and letting you comp properties and generate offers it is truly awesome. I’m not finished tho on top all of these amazing features it you get access to a very helpful community who really wants to help you succeed. I’m am very thankful for Richard and Chris and there amazing team for making such and awesome community and software.

I’m still pretty new to BuyBox Cartel, but so far I’ve had a really good experience. Coming into wholesaling with very little hands-on experience, there’s obviously a lot to learn, but the community has been helpful whenever I’ve had questions. The lives, resources, contract tools, and people in the group have helped make the process a lot less confusing.

What I like most is that it doesn’t feel like you’re just given a bunch of videos and left on your own. You can actually ask questions, get feedback, and learn from people who are actively doing deals. I’m still working toward getting my first property under contract, so I can’t speak on the long-term results yet, but everything I’ve seen so far has made me feel a lot more confident about actually taking action instead of just watching real estate content online.

Definitely excited to see where it goes and hopefully come back and update this review after my first deal!

Richard has taught me so much about creative finance and how to purchase properties in alternative ways without utilizing a bank whether it's for personal reasons or for investments purposes even if you don't end up making money from the wholesaling that he teaches you will most certainly make life changing networks and opportune for youself

The dynamic of being able to go through on & off market deals + connecting with buyers. I wouldn't ever be able to imagine explaining this to someone. There are buyers out there and this program makes the connection. No real estate license required!

The support is real — whether it's questions about deal structure, contracts, or just getting unstuck on a lead, someone's always willing to walk you through it. Good mix of beginners and experienced wholesalers, so you get both the "how do I even start" answers and the more advanced creative finance talk.
