Tracking was provided as a shipping label only after 5 business days. 3rd update, Usps hadn't received the item to ship 7 days after funds transferred to seller...

My $199.00 was processed and confirmed. It was also confirmed with my bank. I did not receive tracking number. I have attempted to reach customer service to resolve this issue but with no results. Specifically, I received automated response. I submitted my order number, order confirmation, payment confirmation. Still no action taken. Very disappointed in the entire process. I am still out my payment amount and have no product. A lose- lose experience. I won't order here again.
