Great old school firm, placed an order for two large double glazed panels to replace my old ones in my patio doors, I needed some advice on size and bar space and spoke to Joel great guy and really helpful and didn’t make me feel like an idiot, glazing turned up in about three weeks from order in perfect condition and fitted straight in and has transformed my doors and all

I'm pleased with the glass itself, though I didn't hear back from Ryan after buying it. Initially, the service was excellent before payment, but not so much afterward. Good customer service makes all the difference.

Although the delivery day had been postponed our glass arrived while we were away We talked to the driver via 'ring' and he was superb. He offloaded the glass and put it safely round the back of the house, He took a lot of trouble to protect it and it was waiting when we got home. We are very pleased with our new table top and the driver deserves a bonus.

Order arrived well packaged and on time. Measurements were perfect and fitted new glass myself without any problems.

No issues with the products but poor service by the company. Items delivered unpacked (no protection on edges) to the kerbside (not door) on wrong day. It was only the goodwill of the delivery driver who off loaded the 8 individual panes of glass and left them propped up against a tree in the mud that we received these items as ordered.

Glass turned spot on time as informed the delivery driver was top class and a gentlemen Found some of the information sent before hand very strange if I was sent this before I brought the glass I’m w sure w would have brought it it said that if I was not in when t deliver was made it would cost me £200 to have it re delivered bit over the top Anyway that didn’t happen so thanks m p law great service

Happy with the glass but no reply from Ryan after purchase before I paid i was very happy with the service but not after.
