Quick response acknowledging order, delivery to door, well packed..

Service was excellent from the simple ordering on line to the delivery today. Confirmed order than e mailed delivery date with morning/afternoon times. Driver called 35mins before arriving. He was great.

AVOID terrible experience
Placed order on 31 03 24 from this date I was given 5 delivery dates however no one turned up with no explanation.Every time I try to to get explanation Ryan M pretends he cannot understand what I am trying to ask and refuses provide delivery company name with reference number only sends short mail saying will be delivered tomorrow
I have had to involve my bank to get my refund
Please provide me delivery company name with tracking number for the last 3 deliveries dates you gave me all your mails are kept us the evidence
I never been told about delays in production by phone or mail 3 delivery dates no one turned up you wasted my time staying home and so if production was in delay why you provide delivery dates
It’s your responsibility to inform customer if delivery is not taken place and if is there delay in production you failed to do that you wasted my 3 days of waiting

Efficient delivery and good product

I needed a custom piece of glass for a door canopy and the was really pleased with the glass supplied as it was exactly to the drawing that I supplied. Delivery was also excellent as it was delivered to the doorstep and very nicely protected.

Friendly helpful people, my double qlazed units where ready within a week.

I needed fire resistant glass for a new meeting room screen being installed in our community hub. Not only did BuyGlass have great prices; they were very helpful advising us on the setting blocks and ceramic tape we would also need.
