I asked the company for a refund and they give it back to me in less than 24 hour 100% refund so this company is not so bad after all

I was sent a product I did not order and charged $429.66. The product I did order was advertised with 12-minute video depicting Bill Gates spending millions to develop this product. The Gates Foundation replied they have nothing to do with this product. The video was an AI production, and I believed it because of Bill Gates.

SCAM!!!! Beware and read all the bad reviews they are all true. My mother in law ordered pills from them and they charged her 4 times for things she didn't order. They charged her over $2,000 over 2 days and other random charges also showed up as well that we're not hers. They will steal your card info and use it elsewhere on top of charging for multiple purchases. Do not purchase from them they are a huge scam.

Do not use this company! Stay away! I ordered a digital book, I decided to cancel within 30 money back period, still have not got my refunded but mofo's had the nerve to put on their site that my product was refunded. Emails, you only get virtual AI, contact phone number AI generated answering machine that goes around end up to nothing.. whole thing is a scam!

Terrible company, no phone number works, need to return they overcharged for cancelled item and sent me a bill for both This is the site that Bill Gates gives to buy a memory product

Difficult to get a refund. First the website says "find order.com. No result. Other phone numbers with no help. Order # is not order #. ( ) is order number.

Seems like a total scam. Refund requested and verified by email on 5/26/26. I finally got a "real person" on 6/19/26. I had to return the product on 5/28 and was not refunded shipping fee I lost on this scam

This is a scam site, I put in my details and then decided not to go ahead with purchase but they had taken $1 out and then $200+ and then another $300+ don't get scammed like I did

I wanted one thing & was charged for multiple orders. ONE ORDER FROM MIND VAULT IT HAS BEEN TWO WEEKS TRYING TO GET A REFUND & SHIPPING LOCATION TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. I keep getting the run around no one to call just bs this lasyt time I ordered one product & hit no thanks to the rest but am still now getting 3 different bundles over $800 instead of the 158 I thought I spent on a buy two get one free.

Well, BuyGoods is expensive for my first bottle, but now I get two more bills on the same day on my debit card. They have hold of my card, and may send more bottles of stuff what ever it was for $$167.99 and the other is $217.95. Someone had a good time with my card number, yes, Iam going to the bank to have my card stopped again. Durn, now have to let creditors know of the change and go out in the rain. ....

Exact same thing happened to me - got my product. Paid &200+ then tried to return it. Wrote emails to them and even went on their site. They also put me on subscribe which I never asked for. Scam. -scam- scam!!! Stay away !!!

I was billed $400.+ for my order but $1032.00 was charged to my credit card. I contacted them three times but no response.

Buy goods is nothing but a predatory scam against our elder generation. My elderly aunt ordered a medication from them to help with pain, but they sent her multiple things of it along with signing her up for some sort of subscription and stealing $700 from her. I say stealing because we still have not received a refund even after they have received the package and it was signed for. It took us over a week to even begin the refund procedure and now it has been over two weeks and they are now claiming they no longer sell that medication, even though it is still on their website and they refuse to help us out with the refund. They gave me a number to call that is disconnected and when I told them that they just told me to try again. Also, when I actually call through the refund number, it automatically hangs up on me.

STOP 🛑 I'm begging you ☠️ This is nothing but a scam to grab your $$$. Trust the negative reviews PLEASE. If you ignore you do so at your peril 💩 this is not a Hershey Kiss.

This is a SCAM. When you go on their website your details are used to form a 'SUBSCRIPTION' for hundreds of dollars. When you try to cancel this the website sends you round in circles. Do not use this site for any reason otherwise you too will be scammed
