Complete Scam
Ordered a washing machine . Showed as in stock and 2 day delivery. After 3 days chased it to be told by kabir that it was on route.
Chased it again to be told that it is with a third party courier , who they can not contact and that they will call me back. I have reported this to my card provider and i should have read review prior to placing my order

Looks like this is the new website for the totally fake company lifestylehomeappliances.co.uk that scammed so many people. Beware.

My Daughter bought a cooker from these cowboys and received such a bad service im surprised they are still trading.
They took the money for a item not in stock then proceeded to lie to her all through the fake delivery process blaming third party courier but couldn't supply any tracking numbers or any details about delivery also they never called back when they said it was high priority at least 3 times needless to say she never got the cooker and they never seemed to care or apologised to her.

Went on their site to purchase aGas Double Oven. Item was shown as being available (I off), so I proceded with purchase. Completed purchase, with Order No. of screen and a message stating that they would contact me to arrange delivery, etc. After 2 days I had no communication from them, additionally the checkout basket had closed (I hadnt noted the Order No. as this is usually sent by email). So no email or Order No. I phoned their contact number and explained that I didnt have the order number but could give them my personal details in order to locate the order. They initially told me that they couldnt find the order and that I needed to check that I was calling the right company because other companies where using their details. They asked me to get any details frfom Klarna so that they could find my order. I went to Klarna and all the order details were there. They then phoned me to say that they had found my order but the item, which on the website showed in stock was actually out of stock and I would get a refund. So they took money off of me for a product that they couldnt supply, that is fraud and I will be reporting them to trading Standards.

They sent me a scratched kettle. I called customer service about a billion times, it was picked up once by a lady called Ruby saying her computer was loading and that I should call back in 5 minutes. Never managed to get through again after trying all the extension numbers, at different times of the day and for a whole week. Rubbish non-existent customer service service, would not recommend. Before you buy, call their number to see if you can actually get through and you will know what I mean. Absolute waste of time. Also emailed them and they didn’t reply.

I bought a tumble dryer which says Ibn stock on their website . To only be let down and refunded 3 days later because they don't actually have the product. Bad service , bad customer service. I won be shopping with them again! Be careful

Having been let down by 2 major retailers, I ordered a dryer from these people on Thursday and it was delivered on Monday. Price was comparable with the big retailers too. Can't fault the service. Well done.

Very happy with the customer support in getting the whole of the kitchen appliances - prompt delivery , excellent communication and keen pricing . Much better than high street stores !!! We would highly recommend them
