Deliveery really slow,

I bought a Thule backpack on the website on the 13th of March at midnight, and the shipment was forwarded the next day before noon and was delivered the next morning.

Pricewise, I bought the backpack I think half-the retail price, which is a great deal for me.

The packaging was well-prepared, delivery was on-time and I had a great price for the backpack. I am 10/10 happy with my purchase.

Competitive prices. Reliable and quick delivery.

I am yet to even receive the order , My child is going to school without a backpack yet i ordered it on Saturday and even paid for the fasted delivery !

First class product and service

I've been using Kingston memory of one sort or another for years.
I had been looking for a compatible Micro SD card for a new Samsung phone for some time. Strangely, on Samsung's Forum there were a number of people having problems installing a compatible memory card.
BuyKingston scored heavily here by having a compatibility assurance. The card was delivered in a couple of days and the installation went far more smoothly than I'd anticipated. Also, communications with BuyKingston were first class. Remains my favourite 'Memory' supplier.

Lousy service. The miniDisplayPort>USBC adaptor I ordered took 11 days to arrive (UK address). On day 7 I contacted their support to enquire and was told "Sorry your order had a technical issue and was stuck at our warehouse." Did they then expedite shipping for me? No: "I have confirmed that this has now been handed over to RoyalMail for delivery within 2-4 days." I will not be using this company again.

I’m still waiting on my card after a week.
No communication apart from a mail as to receiving the order.
I have not received a shipping mail.
I’ve even sent a mail enquiry as to the status.
Nothing heard
What else can I say.
