The rep that helped me on 11/30/2023 did an amazing job at informing me of my order status. I spoke with two other reps and neither seemed to care how urgent the matter is of me picking up my computer. I believe the reps name was Patrick.

Found this company while searching online for lease or rent to own electronics. The application process was easy and I received instant approval. I placed my order and it was a fairly intuitive process. I spoke to Frank Wright about an item on my order that was still not available for pickup at Best Buy and he was very helpful in explaining the ordering and fulfillment processes. I look forward to using this company again.

Paid my first payment then I got an email that said items were ready the same day I ordered. I went to BestBuy and they grabbed my bag, checked my ID and said have a great day sir. Very easy. Then today I got a courtesy call from Walter who was very helpful and let me know that my other items would be ready in a couple days. Walter is excellent.

The customer service is well worth it I had assistance from Talia and she reassured me about my purchase I am thankful and will continue my services

I was happy to receive such a quick approval and purchased an Apple laptop however, I was not 100% satisfied with the condition though I understand it it is pre-owned. Frank in your customer service department was very gracious and took the time to explain the return process to me.
