The problem was that I just could not get the product to

Darum hab ich mir jetzt ein parr mehr bestellt und bin mit der abwieklung vast zufrieden ,mit PayPal würde es schneller gehn alls mit Kartenzahlung,weil es nur kleine kliek ist und dann alles auto matisch geht ohne langes aus füllen.

They don’t respond after purchase!!
I ordered the device, and decided I didn’t want it. Their website indicates you can return it if you change your mind. I didn’t open the packaging that contained the mouthpiece, and my request was within the 14 day timeframe. I have received no response at all. Beware!!

Actually the rating should be zero. Awful customer service on top of a stupid product that does not only NOT work but doesn't fit into any size mouth. Please DO NOT order this. Contacting them was totally frustrating and after over 1 month of back and forth they wouldn't do anything to rectify their bad product,

I can't really rate the overall Product other than to say it's definitely not one size fits all. I couldn't get the guard in my mouth to adapt it to my teeth because it was too large.
