Plötzlich funktioniert mein Log In nicht mehr. "Passwort vergessen"-Link funktioniert auch nicht. Kundensupport meint, ich müsse einen neuen Account erstellen. Die Punkte werden dann 10:1 dem Konto gutgeschrieben.
Die Punkte sind nicht mehr gleich viel Wert! Vor paar Monaten noch bekam ich eine Rolle mit 50% Discount! Jetzt nur noch paar Dollar Rabatt für die selbe Anzahl Punkte

Bisher war ich immer sehr zufrieden mit diesem Shop. Letzte Bestellung war am 06.03.2025, vorausichtliches Versanddatum der 07.03.2025. Bisher ist kein Versand erfolgt, auf mehrere Nachfragen per E-Mail, ob es ein Problem bei der Bestellung gibt (evtl. ein Artikel aktuell nicht verfügbar, Probleme bei der Kartenverifizierung ...) erfolgt einfach keine Antwort. Kundenservice sieht anders aus.
aktuelles Update vom 19.03.2025
Wie sich zwischenzeitlich herausstellte, gab es wohl technische Probleme beim Shop. Dieses wurde mir mitgeteilt und klingt auch plausiebel, da der Status zwar "Zahlung bestätigt" war, aber keine Belastung der Karte stattgefunden hat. Hierauf wurde die Bestellung aus der Bestellübersicht entfernt. Hierauf wollte ich meine Bewertung eigentlich schon korrigieren und eine neue Bestellung aufgeben. Bei einer Prüfung meines Kundenkontos fiel mir jedoch auf, dass auf dem Punketkonto (wer hier schon bestellt hat, kennt dieses 6th Roll Concept) die zwischenzeitlich stornierte Bestellung vom 06.03.2025 immer noch aktiv und Punkte als genutzt geführt wurden, was ja nicht der Fall war. Hierauf kontaktierte ich erneut den Kundenservice per E-Mail und bat darum, auch den Punketstand auf den Stand vor der stornierten Bestellung zurück zu setzten, sodass die Punkte für eine neue Bestellung genutzt werden können. Die Antwort, die ich hierauf erhielt war - Achtung: - bisher keine. Erneut wurden bisher nun mehrere Bitten und Nachfragen einfach wieder ignoriert. Ich bin bisher sehr zufrieden gewesebn (Kunde seit 2017), aber ich sehe nicht ein, dass die durch technische Probleme, die nicht durch mein Verschulden entstanden sind, zu meinen Lasten gehen, indem gesammelte Punkte als verbraucht geführt werden, obwohl die Bestellung von Shop-Seite aus storniert werden.
Ich bin gerne bereit eine erneute Bestellung aufzugeben und meine Bewertung zu aktuallisieren, erwarte jedoch, dass der vorherige Punktestand auf dem Kundenkonto wieder hergestellt wird.
Sollte ich irgendwann eine Antwort vom "Kundenservice" erhalten, werden ich gerne ein erneutes Update geben

Nachdem alles geklärt werden konnte und am 19.03.2025 eine neue Bestellung aufgegeben wurde, ist diese bereits heute, am 22.03.2025, eingetroffen. Da ich seit 2017, bis auf diese eine Ausnahme, mit diesem Shop voll zufrieden bin und auch nicht nachtragen sein will, ändere ich hiermit meine Bewertung gerne ab

Customer service replied and sorted issues out with my order hopefully it arrives in the next 14 days will update again once order received

I want to write that I buy from them a lot of time. Sometimes were some trouble but with mail we have find together a solution. Unfortunately for a month now, they say they have the made the shipment but nothing arrives. I sent 5 emails but they no longer respond. As far as my experience is concerned, they started taking money from orders and don't send anything and I don't respond to emails anymore. I just wanted to warn customers to be careful.

Never got any snus, nor anything from the customs that they confiscated it. Ordered tobacco free snus to NZ.

Never got my snus, nor an notification that my order was confiscated in the customs. This whole page seems like a fraud from my perspective. My friend ordered from whitepouches. Com and got his order after 4 days for the same price. Stay away from this site at all costs.
Zittor: this is a scam site. Once they get your money you will never receive your merchandise and will be unable to contact anyone. All information related to tracking is in Chinese and when you click on the English link it gives you no information. Unless you just want to donate some money to scammers, avoid Zittor
Don’t order here if you are from europe and use the european webshop. I paid for my order, didn’t get any confirmation mail, nor do they reply to mails. No response at all from this company, but they will take your money. I did make an order a couple years ago, but they messed up the order. I only received half of my order back then. Rather go buy your snus somewhere else.
I've been buying from buysnus so long I'm not sure. I think it's been close to 15 years if they have been open that long.
There were a lot of orders during those 15 years. I've only had one or two small issues. Once or twice they sent the wrong brand of a can. Never any bad problems at all.
I've had interactions with support. I found they respond in a timely and friendly manner.
I've seen some bad reviews from people who had their order held up in customs. They don't need to review buysnus. They should review their countries importing laws regarding tobacco products. The same applies to those who have been charged fees by their country's customs.
If I was reading reviews on buysnus I'd toss out the ones whining about how long it took to receive their order. I know for an absolute fact that buysnus uses the freshest snus that exists. I think 90% of orders go out by the next day. Buysnus has no control over the shipper or the receiving country's customs or the shipper from customs to the customer.

The products arrived finally.
It’s a shame about the oppression and not being able to buy actual snus. Odens pure wintergreen was the one. The all white replacements are . Not as good at all but they are something I guess?
But yeah. Fairly priced. Took a while to come but they arrived. I guess I will just have to get some methyl salicylate and flavour it myself.

Also ich habe eine Stange Snus bestellt, natürlich Vorab bezahlt, ich warte nun fast 3 Wochen auf die Lieferung - es ist nichts gekommen...
Ich bin Stammkunde und bestell(t)e wirklich regelmäßig bei diesem Shop, aber das man dann einfach nur ein Pech gehabt bekommt und über 30eur weg sind ist schon eine Frechheit, vor allem als regelmäßiger Besteller. Mir ist klar, dass es sich um nicht verfolgbaren und unversicherten Versand handelt, aber SO kann man nicht mit einem Stammkunden umgehen. Ist "Pech gehabt" generell eure Devise? So geht man nicht mit zahlender Kundschaft um. VORSICHT bei diesem Shop - schlechtester Kundenservice ever!

They had a product completely mislabeled. One completely different snus under the name of a completely different snus. So of course I got the wrong product. After complaining, finally got a response over 8-9 days later. Telling me they wouldn't help.
P.S. find it funny buysnus is responding to these comments trying to do damage control, if you had responded to my my messages before and the messages of these other ripped off customers, than we wouldn't be posted here. Buysnus if you want to do the right thing than take pack your 10pack of incorrectly labeled snus that I find gross and give me the product I wanted, the way labeled. If you do ill take this down. If you see this regardless of buysnuses nice response, they still haven't made it right with me.
