The customer service has the best response team.

This company is fraudulent. Their marketing is Clickbait and the funds that I paid did not go towards anything that I was on offered on the website. After I was duped into making this payment, this company then proceeded to deduct more funds without any authorisation from me. My bank was unable to link what was deducted from my account to the references quoted on the system so these transactions could not be reversed, despite the fact that I disputed them.

This escalation manager (KAI) pretended to not know what I was talking about, which goes to show that she/ he and the rest of the team in this company are aware of what they do, they will take your money under the guise of something completely unrelated to what you are about to pay for, just so that they can get your card number and deduct further funds from your account for a subscription you never consented to.

You, Mr escalation manager, your service sucked!!! You are complicit in your company’s fraudulent conduct and I will not give you a 5 star rating as you had demanded from me in your email! How dare you?

Lo que paso que se hace referencia a una promoción lo cual no es así, nunca dijeron que era una membresía ya que era una compra por un artículo y la promoción era que uno pagaba solo el envío ese fue el problema
