You are taking funds from my account without authorization or a email from you about payment. I would like for you to cease and desist forthwith. You did not make it easy for folks to unsubscribe. It is very frustrating trying to find how to cancel my subscription. Kindly make that page available and more user friendly.

I SO wanted it to live up to the marketing hype they're posting on Instagram, but it failed SO bad.
The "trial" reels it posted weren't anything new - in fact one had such a weird sounds track under it, we almost pulled it. It only posted 2, and it made NO impact on our account.

I thought it would reprocess my reels, maybe enhance quality. It just placed a different music and cut out a phrase without context from the middle of the clip and pasted it in the front that just created very weird narrative. Also, trial reels got 100-120 views, while my original reels got between 600-800. So just a waste of money. I did get some likes on those trial reels and they really reached non-followers, but it was just too little compared with what they promised. Very very poor delivery. Avoid.

Absolute trap. I signed up for their $6 trial week, but they immediately hit me with a hidden $49 charge for an ebook I never authorized or bought. To make it worse, before the trial week was even over, they charged me another $18 for a monthly subscription.They completely hide these transactions from your account dashboard so you won't notice them unless you check your bank app. Once your card is in their system, they block you from deleting your credit card details. Never trust Buzzfy. Check your credit card statements right now if you’ve used them!

They keep your payments data even if you delete all the data from the system. And keep charging the service.

I wish I would have read trust pilot first. The idea they offer is excellent. However their delivery is really bad. They don't tell you from the get-go that trial reels may or may not be available through Instagram immediately. When you check with Instagram there's no definitive time when trial reels might be available. That was the only reason I really wanted to try buzzfy.co. When they determined that trial reels was not available, they offered me the virality score as a consolation. And it says if you upload a video that you get an instant analysis. That's absolutely not the case. I uploaded two videos and it took almost 36 hours before I received analysis of just one video. Still waiting for 2nd analysis. I emailed twice and got no response. An all fairness to the company, I would like to say that the analysis of some of the reels which I had uploaded to Instagram work quite detailed in the virality score section. However it doesn't justify the monthly expense to continue the subscription at this time.

Worked for about a week
Then I had no more posts
Tried to contact someone but they have no customer service and no way of resolving anything
Don't recommend!

The best reel they run is their own - just one problem - it's full of lies, is misleading, and fails in every way to live up to the promise of getting more followers on Instagram. It is a scam, does barely anything, and is a total waste of your money - avoid avoid avoid. They should be ashamed.

Never reply to emails, their only source of contact. I have repeatedly requested a refund - nada! They took an UNAUTHORISED amount from my card and now ignore my requests. Is this a 'cowboy/scam' outfit? HELP

After 9 days absolutely nothing was happening. Pure bullshit!
