Buzz Gym Cannon St is the best equipped gym in London and at an amazing price.

Great gym, good armosphere, clean and modern equipment. Couldn’t ask for more as it’s also competitively priced.

Here for a month in london, I enrolled in this gym from friends suggestion and it was great from staff to equipments everything is topnotch, i recommend it.

Lovely equipment. Fully equipped for an avid powerlifter such as myself. Yet, also has everything needed, and more, for a great bodybuilding workout. I love buzz gym its my second home! Might I also add, the staff is awesome, always here to help during working hours and provide you with anything you may need.

Buzz gym has been a great experience for me in both my newbie stages for a year and now that I’m exercising more. I’ve shopped around gyms in Oxford and their machines and bathrooms are the best imo.

The staff change but are generally knowledgable and friendly and make the vibes really welcoming. Alix Taylor and Sam Kelly are an especially key part of that and are absolute all stars. I’d recommend everyone do at least one training session or class with them.

The classes offered have a good range of choice and Zumba is always a crowd pleaser. They could do with more Pilates/yoga sessions. I’m excited to see them opening up new space and what that will bring.

I have Premium membership use Reading Cenrtral, Winnersh and Cannon Street - all clubs are clean and well maintained - always an amazing atmopshere and by far the best kit compared to the competition.

Reading Central gym is great! Fantastic equipment, helpful staff and close to the town centre.

Just finished my early morning Pilates at buzz gym and i Wanted to say how amazing the teacher is. Mamta. Her classes are so well choreographed and even though I’ve only been doing Pilates about a month I feel so much stronger as does my core. Such a delight to be taught by such a lovely person. Buzz gym staff make me feel uncomfortable and unprofessional.

They have a very poor website and app. I was unable to freeze or unfreeze my membership from the app and had to email their team to do it. My membership details also would not appear on my app which makes it very hard to see the status of my membership. It was a very annoying experience for me that I had to keep sending emails back and forth just to freeze my own gym membership. I'm kinda annoyed to go back to the gym now.

I suspended my membership of the Harrow branch for a month in the middle of July and I should not have been charged the monthly fee of £34.99 until September.

Instead, they attempted to take £34.99 on the 4th August.

When I wrote to them, they denied it and said they had attempted to take the freeze fee of £5 and there were not enough funds. They also cancelled my membership.

I told them that the bank had texted me to say someone had attempted to take £34.99 and I contacted the bank and was surprised to find out it was Buzz Gym.

There had been £13 in the account so the £5 fee, had they charged it, would have easily cleared.

They then wrote to me to say it was a "system error" and it was out of their control.

I wrote back to them to say that what was in their control was to have looked into my initial complaint properly, rather than firing off a reply saying it was because I did not have the £5 in my account. They would have seen that they were still trying to charge me for a normal month's membership.

After a few email exchanges, I would advise anyone to really think carefully before joining this gym as when things go wrong, there is no genuine attempt to investigate what happened.

The customer service was appalling.

Very disappointing experience. I tried to cancel my membership through the website, but the cancellation option wasn't available. I contacted customer service and was told my final payment would still be taken due to the notice period, which I accepted. However, after the payment was taken, my account was deactivated and I still can't log in or access the gym, despite being told my membership would be reinstated once the payment cleared.

I've had to send multiple emails just to try to access a membership I've already paid for. Cancelling a gym membership should not be this complicated or frustrating.
