Vapes was fine but delivery wasn't great as I payed for rapid delivery and other companies I have used have always been the next day but unfortunately waited 5 days for delivery in which cost me more as I had to go elsewhere while waiting and communication was limited.
Buzz vapes offered me a free vape and free shipping as an apology which I thought was a very nice gesture and good service

Vapes are great, and a really good price too. I like the ELUX 3500 puff vapes. Issue with one out of six vapes ordered, as received a replacement instead of the one I ordered, but the customer service responded very quickly and gave a coupon to purchase the one I wanted (all f.o.c). Will definitely use again

After problems mainly due to the royal mails poor service my vapes arrrived, refund was given prior to delivery and was told not to return the money but to keep it as a good will gesture which is great customer service, will order again once my vapes run out👍👍

Iv ordered £60 worth of vapes paid the extra £10 for special delivery as I was running low I'm now into the 4th day and no delivery I have contacted the seller for a refund as I ordered from another company 2 days ago and they have arrived before these ordered 2 days prior
Update parcel did finally turn up rating changed

As other reviewers have said as vapes.co.uk sells fake lost Mary’s. Some of them charge, some of them don’t! some of them taste rank and some of them don’t. Either way God knows what goes into them!

Selling fake vapes had it confirmed bye lost Mary do not buy from this site I have sent use proof from lost Mary proving they fake so I will upload it on here let everyone make there own decision that’s why u refunded me without even asking for vapes be returned fakes and reported to relevant authorities
