Ordered a full set with the 90 lb adjustable dumbbells. The bench and bands never showed up. At least they refunded me for those. The weights only weigh 79 lbs and 82 lbs, far from their claimed 90 lbs. beyond that, after a few months the weights started falling off! Incredibly dangerous!!!! I tried using tape and epoxy to re-adhere the lip that the weight uses but it just is not enough. Don’t waste your money.

How could the review average to 3.5 stars? Although I received my order, the dumbells started malfunctioning within a week of using them. Eventually the plates on one end fell off and I cannot get them to stay attached.

AVOID! I ordered 80 lb "Nuobell" dumbbells and after more than three months of waiting, I finally received generic knockoff 36 kg dumbbells. Looks like went out of business, so I'm just happy I got something! :-(

I ordered the BOX modular weight bench and adjustable dumbells on May 12th, 2021. I received the dumbbells but I never got the BOX. I reached out to customer service twice (in July and September) and both times received replies that the item would be shipping "soon." At this point there is no website and when I email the customer service the email is no longer working. I am very frustrated as they have stolen over $700 from me. Is there any way I can recoup my money? Or was I just unfortunately scammed?

Do not buy the BWSS dumbbell set. Once the individual weights become disconnected from the holster or the dumbbell, it’s very difficult to get them back in place. Customer service is non existence. Steve

Ordered adjustable dumbells and it took months to finally get them, but they were rusted on the handle, looked used, and the holder was cracked on both. This was after they got delayed for 3 months. It's obvious why the company isn't around anymore

The business has shut down without fulfilling my product or refunding the cost. The 'bwss box' of my combo order was never fulfilled, retail price listed $699. The company is named BWSS LLC, and is registered to Jordan Davidovit.

Wow! I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from them! I ordered two dumbbells, one kettle bell and a bench back in May. It took months to get the dumbbells and kettlebell. It is mid October and I still have not received my bench. I paid for it back in May. Where the H@!! is it?! I have written them several times...to no avail. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company!

Scam company. Same as everyone else. Received counterfeit Nuobells, damaged on arrival, never received stand. Please contact your credit card company. I was able to get a full refund via PayPal.

This company is obviously a scam. They sent me the 95lb weights that I ordered and one was dangerously broken. They said they would send a replacement, but I said that I wanted the Nuobells they had on their website for 80lbs. They finally shipped them and I got them a few days ago. One works and the other one does not. Tried to reach out to them and their website does not exist any longer. Very angry. Lost good money on this rip off company.

I purchased adjustable weights and the handle broke and the weights fell off when using. I contacted customer service a month ago- it’s all a lie. Fake emails- passing off to fake names of employees pretending to help.They are a s**t company- who gave run around and back and forth emails as they accepted orders and money for products: they don’t stand behind the quality of any of it and have proven they don’t give a s**t about the customer! No wonder they had 70percent off sale they are closing up shop and not seeing through their commitments as a company! Crap business! Crap customer service that doesn’t exist!

Company now appears to have disappeared. I ordered a set of adjustable dumbbells and they never shipped. Customer service initially replied indicating a integration problem with their logistics systems and then my emails started getting returned undeliverable. Their website is not non-existent.

Received my dumbbells 2 days ago opened the box one of the freaking weights feel on my toe really pissed off about that the second box one side worked and the other side was stuck I ordered the 80 lbs bells got a knock off brand and as soon as it got my toe tried emailing them and calling them and tried there web site its all gone piece of S÷×t company

Purchased adjustable dumbbells at the height of Covid lockdown. Took much longer than advertised to arrive (somewhat understandable)....Used the dumbbells for a few months until one broke (a poor design/manufacture). Started a conversation with their customer care who sounded very understanding at first but then went silent and didn't respond to my follow-up emails.

Checked their website today and looks like the company is no longer online. I guess they made their money by being opportunistic during Covid and by the looks of it left a lot of people dissatisfied. Perhaps a lesson for the future - trust brands you know?

I disputed the cost with my AMEX who are great at sorting these things.

I ordered NuoBell's from them back in June 2021 and they finally arrived yesterday and it was a knock off product.

sent me knock off product. I ordred the Nuo Bell product from them and they send me a fake knock off version of the product.
