Bought a couple of barstools. It’s so pretty, well designed and good quality. I was very confused which combination of color and materials to take. (Because there are quite many of variation ) I got some good advices and they were really helpful for it. I truly recommend to buy!

I could not recommend By Crea more. Here’s a few words to describe my experience with them : high quality products, amazing service, fast answers and kind interactions. Very trustworthy brand !

Super service av ansatte! Man føler seg virkelig ivaretatt. Og de var raske med tilbakemeldinger. Møblene er så fine. Disse kan man bruke overalt, og spesielt praktiske i mindre leiligheter/rom da de tar liten plass visuelt. Jeg bestilte 2 spisestoler med armlene og sofabord. Fikk bestille annen høyde (høyere), (betalte litt for det) det er også sjelden vare. Møblene er supersnygga og skikkelig kvalitet. Skal jeg gi konstruktiv feedback på noe, må det bli at jeg håper de skifter transportfirma fra Fedex til DHL.

Oerhört välgjorda möbler. De är lika snygga som de är stabila och tåliga. Jättetrevlig personal dessutom!

There is hardly anything you can fault this company. From eye catchy, classy design to inch perfect customer service (not too much, not too little) to immaculate quality they have been five stars through and through. I was doing a house extension and therefore naturally looking at new dining furniture. We used the webchat function to discuss various questions and options with the by Crea team, who also offered a web meeting so we could see the pieces and colours themselves. Ultimately we ordered three Freja bar stools, a Diana table (man that’s heavy!!) and a Wilma bench.

I’m not going to lie, they are not cheap, but they are worth every single penny. The packaging was creative and really efficient, the quality of their furniture is absolutely sterling. Everyone who have visited us complimented the sets and asked where I got them from. I have no problem coming back for more in the future and to work with this lovely family business again.

Jag är imponerad över By Creas personal som är otroligt hjälpsamma och serviceminded! Det är snabb återkoppling och de besvarar frågor och funderingar om deras produkter, leverans och reklamation. En felmätning från min sida som innebar en ny leverans och de löste det utan problem.

Absolut förstklassig design och produktion!!! Det känns fint att det fortfarande finns de som er som står för svensk design och dessutom tillverkar sina möbler i Sverige. Den minimalistiska designen är oslagbar för oss, vi älskar rena former som bara smälter in i sitt sammanhang! Det kan ni, bara att buga sig djupt!!!

Ordered and received 4 Freja Bar Chairs in jade black velvet with black frame and vegan leather (coffee bean) backrest in August 2023 and have been extremely satisfied with my purchase. These are beautiful, high quality stools that fit nicely under my counter when not in use, and are comfortable to sit in. They aren't sink-in comfortable for long periods of time, but have enough cushion, a comfortable foot rest, and the small backrest is nice for a little extra support. They clean up well from kid spills and dog hair, and get compliments from everyone who comes over. I recommend buying furniture pads (either from byCrea or somewhere else). We didn't initially order them from byCrea, but upon placing the chairs on our hardwood floors, realized that we needed them so got them from a local store instead since we are in the US. Customer service has also been great! They kept in touch when the shipment was delayed, but it ended up not being delayed by too long (got it 12 days after ordering). Overall wonderful experience and would order from them again!

We purchased 3 barstools from Crea recently and absolutely love them. What really stood out was the customer service as well as the quality. Once we placed the order, Nicole P. at Crea contacted us to ensure we requested the correct height because our counter is higher than usual. We live in New Jersey and the deliver of the stools was quick and the packaging for shipping was terrific! Perfect condition, customer service and product! We can't recommend Crea enough!

Le service est extrêmement rapide et efficace, la qualité du matériel est irréprochable avec du bois véritable.
J’ai eu un soucis sur le matériel dû au transporteur et ils m’ont renvoyé un second plateau pour ma table sans avoir eu à les relancer.
Petite mésaventure avec la société de livraison mais Bycrea n’y est pour absolument rien.

Je repasserai commande avec grand plaisir tellement l’expérience fut excellente.
