Estafa. Efectivamente es una web china gestionada por IA. El producto es de muy mala calidad y si lo quieres devolver, además de tener que enviarlo a China, no te devuelven el dinero. Aparentemente deben manipular también las opiniones, ya que no se puede acceder a las que supuestamente marcan 5 estrellas.

Jeg bestilte 2 sæt fritidstøj. Modtog 2 ens sæt af den ene slags (kun bestilt 1 sæt) og 1 sæt af det andet. For det første havde de klippet tøj størrelserne af så jeg ikke kunne se hvilken størrelse det er men ved at tage det på kunne jeg straks se at det nok var størrelse small. Jeg kontaktede Bybellivaro ad flere gange men hver gang havde de den ene undskyldning efter den anden, blot for at trække tiden ud. På trods af at jeg sendte flere fotos mente de nærmest det var mit ansvar hvis der skete noget med en returnering eller galt med det bestilte. Flere undskyldninger kom de også med, de havde travlt med at vaske hænder og fraskrive sig ansvaret. Jeg har sendt over 14 mails blot for at få et afslag (som jeg dog havde regnet lidt med) Køb aldrig noget hos dette firma, tøjet er fint men skal det byttes ja så er de ikke til at tale med. Firmaet er i øvrigt Kinesisk ikke Hollandsk som det ellers fremgår. Virkelig dårlig service

He mandado el paquete a una dirección de Hong Kong proporcionada por un cliente en internet y me responden que no es válida. He perdido todo el dinero gastado. Muy desaconsejable. Nunca más. No tiren su dinero...

Purchased a coat which arrived screwed up into a parcel bag far too small & it looked nothing like the phot on the website. Size medium was far too small so attempted to return for a refund but getting the return instructions out of them proved impossible, just kept offering store credit. There's no way anyone should be shopping with this 'company' unless you want to throw away money on cheap goods that will likely not fit.

ESTAFA ABSOLUTA. El producto que ha llegado no tiene nada que ver con el producto publicitado en la web. No tiene nada que ver, ni en la calidad ni en el color. Cuando reclamas lo único que te dicen es que te hace un descuento en la siguiente compra o si devuelves el producto los costes del envío corren de tu cuenta.

Kvaliteten var meget dårligt og den blev sendt retur. Pakken blev ikke modtaget og derefter sendt retur til mig.
Herefter siger de at returtidsfristen på 30 dage er gået. Så ærgeligt.

Zero stelle. Dell’ articolo ordinato, arrivato dopo 4 mesi, di pessima qualità….e dire pessima è dire poco….non si può fare il reso ed essere rimborsati, bensì emetterebbero eventualmente un buono acquisto pari al 100% della somma spesa….sul loro sito che è una farsa. Dopo 4 mail ancora non forniscono l’indirizzo. Praticamente 130 euro spesi per uno straccio con cui non pulirei nemmeno per terra. Truffatori che non si capisce come possano operare. Le 5 stelle sono false, impossibile che qualcuno sia anche minimamente soddisfatto di prodotti squallidi.
