I made an enquiry to BYD Plymouth which was picked up by Kirsty Dinham. She set about trying to provide a solution with such wonderful energy and enthusiasm. She scoured databases, considered different options, provided useful examples whilst all the time updating me on progress. She is smart, determined and charming and a real credit to the business. In the end, even Kirsty couldn't make my champagne taste meet my shandy budget but she could not have tried harder. btw - until recently we had a BYD Seal which is what I was trying to replace on my own rather than company money. If you're reading this you may be looking a BYD. After 45 years of driving Audi/BMW/Range Rovers and other besides - the BYD was easily the best car I ever owned. It looks amazing (especially in sage green) and the performance and drive is off the scale.

Outstanding Service from Kirsty at BYD Plymouth
I recently purchased an Atto 3 Evo from BYD Plymouth and had a fantastic experience throughout. The team were all very friendly and approachable, which made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
A special mention to Kirsty, whose service was second to none. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made the experience genuinely stress-free.
I’m absolutely delighted with my new car and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend BYD Plymouth to others.

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish

BYD great garage
We were served by Kirsty, who was very friendly and informative. This was our first experience of plug in hybrid cars and we found the whole experience very positive. We purchased a car and have had it for a week. So happy with the quality.

My experience with Plymouth byd was excellent, I dealt with dayle Campbell and he went above and beyond to find the right vehicle for me , one or two hiccups along the way but he went out of his way to resolve them, I would recommend Plymouth byd to anyone who is after a byd

Poor customer service
Poor customer service based on turning up for booked test drive, the sales rep was over 30 minutes late and no mention of having points on licence affects the chance of having test drive, ended up having my partner test drive and feeling very judged. No drink offered and very little apology. Everything up to point of sale from BYD head office was very very slick, professional and promising.

Our first EV
The staff are friendly and very helpful. Steve and Jacob took time to explain everything to us. We have bought the Dolphin Surf from them and we are delighted with the car.

Was picked up from Plymouth train station and drove to dealership which was a nice touch and Steve who dealt with us was amazing couldn’t do enough for us so polite and nice would highly recommend buying a car from them especially Steve
