My sister bought three bracelets for…

My sister bought three bracelets for us. One broke after just two days of wearing it, and the second has now broken after less than a month. I never sleep with the bracelet on and always take it off, so it hasn't even been worn continuously for a full month.
The first issue was that the letters started moving, revealing a silver colour underneath. Then today, one of the bracelet's layers broke completely.
What was even more disappointing was the customer service. When my sister contacted the person in charge on Instagram, instead of acknowledging that the product might be faulty or not fit for purpose, we were blamed for not wearing it properly. There was no attempt to resolve the issue or take responsibility for the poor quality.
Unfortunately, based on both the product quality and the customer service experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this business.

I have ordered quite a few bracelets…

I have ordered quite a few bracelets from them but every single one has had a fault I did address this to them but it took more than 3 months for them to resolve the issue. Also I bought some bracelet as a gift for my cousins but the engraving is poorly done looking white and messy. Which is very disappointing

Shopped here a few dozen times

I think this is my fourth (?) time ordering from here but a wonderful experience every time. The jewellery’s always made exactly how I want it and shipping doesn’t take long. My favourite is definitely the personalised bracelet, I’ve lost count of how many I’ve ordered as gifts over the years 😅

Always on time. Items are good quality and the personal touch makes them sentimental. Perfect gift for anyone and everyone.

Beautiful item/ awful customer service

Product itself is lovely. However customer service was awful. Placed my order on 03/12/2024 and received on 22/01/2025. Communication was poor. Timescale provided was 2-10 working days to receive the order. I had requested for Arabic engraving which I understand can take longer but I was waiting for the invoice for Arabic engraving for roughly two weeks. Requested progress of item via email and text multiple times and finally received a response. Communication was extremely poor. Although the item itself is beautiful I wont be placing an order again.

awful experience

After having waited almost a month for my order to even arrive the necklace has now snapped. This is less than 2 months of having it. I have contacted byencee on multiple platforms and had no response I have been waiting since 17th November to hear back and it is now the end of December. This is horrible customer service. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.

They have my heart!

Ordered twice from them and always pleased. The quality is amazing and the jewelry is so beautiful ❤️ I will be a forever customer for sure 😀

Faulty adjustable bracelet

Originally purchased a personalised bracelet bar as a gift to a dear friend. After wearing it a few times on occasions, the beads at the end of the bracelet (which helpa adjust the size) came off. I was really upset to hear that this had happened within the first year of the bracelet. I contacted Byencee and they told me I'd have to pay a fee to get it fixed! Bearing in mind the quality was not as expected and this happened within the first year. I am well within my consumer rights to ask for a refund especially since the product is faulty however my friend just wanted to the bead stoppers reattached or fixed in some way. I don't understand why I'm having to pay a fee to repair a faulty product within the first year. Really disappointed customer.

The most awful experience yet

The most awful experience yet. I have purchased my first item from them. I never recieved a tracking email therefore I had contacted them through two different platforms (Instagram and email) regarding my item information. They did not respond and was posting stories and had been active on their social media platforms. I had to plead for a response untill they responded 7 days later. I had replied and then got blanked again for another 4 days, and only received an response after I told them I will write a trust pilot review about their poor service. I wouldn’t have received a reply if I never had mentioned trust pilot. Never ordering from there again. Customers shouldn’t stoop that low to beg for a response.

Best jewellery website

I’ve bought a few items from here and have gifted them to others as well and love them. The website is so easy to use and delivery was quick. Would definitely order again!!
