Amazing cream but can give stains
The cream works perfect but it gives horrible stains on my clothes when my hair touches the clothes which don't come off after washing. Anyone else who has this that got a tip? I really still want to use the cream😍

Ohh wauw this is a very odd problem that we have never expierenced or heard of.. we have tested the product for over 2 years before launching and sold for over 3 years now and we have never experienced this. Could you send us an email and we would like to make this problem up to you because we want everyone to have a good Giomi expierence 🧡

I must say, at first I was really mad that nobody from the costumer service answered my claim. I received a package from a mother company.
On Instagram they helped me out. More I ever expected. Thank for the help!
To the product, I really don’t have to say a lot, it’s just perfect for curly hair! There is no other product that will touch my children’s hair.

I have only just started using the hair…
I have only just started using the hair mask and oil. Literally only once so far, and my hair is already softer and shinier, I look forward to how it will be in the next few weeks. Very quick and efficient service as well.

Maybe change the compagnie for the delivery in Canada, as not only is expensive ( plus it took more time than what is written on your site) but we have to pay taxes to get the package.

I'm sorry you had to wait for you order longer than expected. Unfortunately this is out of our control and of our shipment company as it sounds like it got stuck at the customs of your country. As a small company we are not able to have warehouses all over the world yet hence why you had to pay import taxes for your products :( . We do mention it in our terms and conditions.

The best product on the market
The best product on the market. I am ABSOLUTELY in love with their hair oil. The smell is just amazing and it doesn't leave my hair greasy and it's also not too heavy for my waivy hair. I just love it. I've been buying it since two years and the 100ml hair oil lasts me a little under a year, daily use. I can't recommend this enough!

Best products ever!
I just loved the two products I got!
The hair oil has an amazing scent and my hair gets the perfect silliness, and the face cream has the perfect light and moisturized texture.
