Cheaters and con artists...i lost over Rs 40000, Never sign up with them ever. Irresponsible and incompetent lot...

They are scam artists. I'd don't know how they are able to stay a company. I'm lucky I "only" spent around $70 but many have spent more. Mine didn't work from the start and we reached out to customer service with no response. I've tried once again to make it work and their website is just error 404 where they tell you to register.

My son is taking classes for coding for over a year. First year was fine but now either teacher misses the class or something else happens and hardly a class in a month is conducted. Our friends got their kid enrolled and paid upfront AUD 3k, since then no class and no refund.

Took too long for counselor to connect

The website constantly does not function, you have to clear your browser cache and reset it to default to get the sight working.
when it does work, the teachers never turn up. month after month we have not had a lesson, no reply from anyone via any means to explain. Each week the class automatically sets to 'incomplete' even though its not for another 6-8 hours, it then rolls the next lesson to next week. this has been happening for months.
DO NOT use this company, dont pay them a cent. their sales methods are also very questionable. you can speak with 3 different people and get 3 totally different deals..

My three kids are enrolled in Math, Coding and Music courses on the Byjus platform. Last 2 months there is no classes there all teachers taking strike and every month they deduct 4 credit from the each subject accounts without taking classes. They are cheating the people.Please return the money as you are unable to conduct the classes.
Better they go for begging instead of stealing from people accounts.

Don’t fall for their aggressive sales tactics promising heavy discounts and money back guarantee if not satisfied so for parents to fork out upfront lump sum money. I put one of my kids in their coding class and after 2 occasions of teacher no shows I have decided to cancel and ask for refund of unused classes and quiet disappointed didn’t even hear back from them. Never trust those foreign online educators go for someone local.

Byjus is a clear scam company. I bought 5 Year Course plan for my son. First of all there representative came to give us demo about there package. I was impressed by the demo the reason i bought the course. First of all the package cost was 80000 for 5 years on a installment mode every month for 12 months. There representative did not told me that they are offering me loan for 12 Months from some Avanse Finance Company. Only once the package was approved I came to know they have given me loan from third party company. Only after couple months I realized that there courses are totally rubbish's. Now after 2 years I have even not received any course material. So I can say my entire 80000 has gone in Trash course material.

scam scam and a scam. Gone bad to worse, never seen such a shambles. Took money for 144 class....this is over a month no classes, no respond. I wish Indian Govt look into this, and do something.

I raised a concern more than a year ago, I paid completely they accepted to refund, but till now the amount didn't credited, I wonder they shared transaction I'd also I reached multiple hdfc banks and managers to check about refund. They are literally very smart to generate transaction IDs as well. They are using their mathematics skills like this. Anyways guys please don't trust their kind of apps or people. We can sit for 1 hr daily with our kids they will be reaching good grades. We already paying much more amount to schools. That's enough don't spend additional amount to this guys and loss money like me.

I have paid for 5yrs course for my son but only 2 yr notes have been provided. All the contacts shared via website are turned off. There is no way to connect with them

Humble Request , Please Don't fall trap in BYJUS , they looted my money. No classes after taking the package. Academic councilor Kavya. Bathula is very dangerous lady, she will talk nicely and loot my money. If I am trying to reach her she is not picking my calls or responding my text messages. Please don't listen her suggestions.

They are a scam. Please don't register with them. They will take your money and will never get back to you. I will going to report them to BBB and will take actions against them through local consumer court and make sure that they either pay me every penny back with interest or will never be able to do business in US.

I had purchased a course for IAS preparation and trust me being a graduate engineer I didn't want to trust them as I had know what's the condition of the Byjus market but still after all the doubts addressed My parents trusted me and we purchased this course few months back, things were going great initially but after 11th of july no lectures and nothing has been updated from there side on the site or the app, I had raised this issue multiple times hoping that this is a technical glitch or a problem but now After reading all this reviews I came to know that I have been scammed too, Wrote multiple emails and made multiple calls, no issues were addressed from their side and now The call number facilities has been banned from the company as well. I really don't know how to claim my 76k money back.

Why are you all freaking out? Don't you read the news? Byjus is more or less dead so obviously the teachers aren't going to work for free and obviously the customer service team aren't going to work for free. Unless someone buys them we've all lost our money and there's zero we can do about it.

Disappointed with @BYJUS's unfair loan policies! Despite repeated requests, they're refusing to cancel my loan. No transparency, no customer support. Just a ruthless pursuit of money. Is this how you treat your students
Sir I have all the proves from byjus which has cancellation on 21/04/2023 but still till now they didn't cancelled my loan session

Very bad . Once you pay them and get into contract. After they don’t take the class regularly. Every time sitting there and no one come to take class. Also if we try to contact with them , they don’t response. All together miserable.

If I am not contacted I will take legal action. I have a contract and you are legally obliged to fulfill under UK law. Or give my money back!!!!
